PRIME LOCATION! This luxurious condo in Newpark is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theater, bowling, nightlife,

ski rentals, including Whole Foods, Starbucks and Maxwell's East Coast Eatery recently featured on Diner's, Drive-ins, and Dives.

Free public transportation, you can catch a bus 3 blocks from the condo to any of the three world class ski resorts Deer Valley, Park City,

and The Canyons or Main St. Park City. Or 10-15 minutes by car.

Enjoy the 1200 acre Swaner Nature preserve and the view of the mountains from the back deck while sitting in your private hot tub.

The Condo has slate floors in the entrance and wood floors throughout main level with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A/C for summer.

The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you will need if you decide to stay in and cook a wonderful meal.

The living area has a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter that can accommodate three guests and a full size table that will handle all 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy the gas log fireplace while watching the 47 inch HD flat screen TV streaming Netflix and Pandora including WiFi.

Upstairs each bedroom has a queen size bed, full bathroom and spacious closet space. In between both bedrooms is an area with a daybed with 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and deck where you can enjoy your evening drink before retiring and dreaming of another great day tomorrow!!

"Luxury" Newpark Townhome - 7/1 - 8/30/16

I'm not sure where they get "luxury" from to describe this development. Upon arrival, we were very disappointed with the appearance of the townhome. We emailed the owner and asked that she have her housekeeper return to take care of some things that we found unacceptable. There were dead bugs and spider webs in both of the sliding door tracks (one upstairs, one downstairs). The stove was very sticky when I went to set the clock on it and the cabinets, blinds, etc were very dusty. The supposedly clean towels spelled so bad that I was gagging when I dried off out of the shower the first day. My husband wore white socks and they were black on the bottom from walking on the floors and the carpeted areas by the time he went to bed. We had to clean the oven before we would use as it was filthy. The living room couch was quite dirty, as well. There were at least 5 burned out light bulbs in the living area, which made the place quite dingy. And the light cover on the stairway fixture was missing.The home really needs some attention.

There were so many wasps on the deck that I found it uncomfortable to sit out there. We sprayed with wasp killer and then notified the owner about them. She sent her person over and they sprayed with the same ineffective wasp killer that we had used. The owner never followed up to see if the problem was resolved.

We were coming to Park City from the Phoenix area and were so looking forward to having windows open especially for sleeping, but the freeway noise made that impossible.

The only good thing I can say about the place is that the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

This was our first time renting a place through VRBO and it certainly left a bad taste in our mouths. Not sure we would ever use it again. But definitely will not return to that townhome.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your candid review. Every complaint and there were plenty, were addressed within hours and resolved and you still complained. The towels are always washed in bleach. The carpets were cleaned before your stay. Wasps in Park City are an issue in the summer not just at my particular unit. The HOA is constantly working on this. You may be happier owning a second home than renting from others.

Great Location, Pleasant Stay

We had a nice 4 week stay at the townhouse. It was comfortable and quiet, and the view out over the preserve was beautiful. We loved the attached garage for all our ski gear and unpacking was easy - no lugging suitcases all over the place. The location was close to everything in Kimball Junction: we could walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, salon, shopping and restaurants. The trails right out the back door are fantastic - they link up to the other trails in the system and you can walk for miles! We will look to stay again!
