To want for nothing

  • 5 of 5

This charming old home in a quiet neighborhood on a lovely street with well tended lots and mature landscaping couldn't have been more perfect. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and we truly wanted for nothing. Every room was well stocked from the heated towel rack in the bathroom, to the electric lazy boy lounger in the tv room, to the professional gas range in the kitchen, two gas fireplaces, plus a basement man cave with a bar and a pool table. The furniture, the accessories, the dishes and pots and pans, the sheets and towels and comforters, the interior design and the wall decorations; it was all top notch. And that was just the inside. The front porch, the back patio, and the side yard had privacy, beautiful flowers and trees, a lush green lawn and all kinds of nooks with patio chairs and tables to relax and dine on. My family of five gathered here for four incredible days to celebrate my son's graduation from Gonzaga University and we had so much fun we hated to leave. There are shops, restaurants, bars, thrift and antique stores, all within walking distance. The weather was very cold and the guys were disappointed they couldn't go sailing but they enjoyed playing pool and hiking around the lake. The gals enjoyed thrifting and painting at Pinot's Palette on 4th Street. We created masterpieces while sipping beer and wine. Our souvenir paintings that we created will last a lifetime. Thank you Bobbi for your clean, well lighted, beautiful home. My family is cooking up an excuse to return when the weather is warmer.

We loved the home!!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed the home (#587651). The home is older but had been updated with new kitchen appliances and bathrooms. The home was decorated very nicely, had a great room in the basement with a TV as well as a pool table. There was a nice area in the backyard for lounging and tables for eating and playing games. The home is located on a lovely quiet street with nice older homes. We enjoyed walking the nearby neighborhoods and it was close to down for easy walking, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely be interested in returning to this location sometime in the future.

One of the best rental houses I've ever visited. Very clean, cozy and well equipped. Everything is done with lots of love. Convenient location, close to park and lake. Will rent it again for my next visit to Coeur d'Alene.

House was full of character with upgraded amenities and very close to downtown!

  • 5 of 5

The house is a beautifully updated craftsman only a few blocks away from downtown. It was quick and easy to walk to parks, Tubbs Hill, and the beach. The small fenced backyard had ample seating and contained our toddler in a very effective way. I would definitely stay here again!
