We own 5 Efficiency Condos (street view) at the Landmark Resort.
Sorry, we don't have any Ocean View Condos at this time.
Ask us about renting all 5 condos for a group up to 20 guest.
The resort is a 3 star resort in my opinion and it is more of a Family Resort.
(Warning) it can get very busy and crowed during peak times (summer).

The Guest whom paid for the Reservation MUST CHECK-IN. The condo is limited to the stated guest count made at reservation time unless you notify us of the change.
To park in the garage you need to get the parking pass from the room.
Also, wrist bands are located in the room to use at the indoor pools.
The front Desk can not help you, only me or the Resort Security can answer your questions.
PREPARING FOR YOUR TRIP:
Contact Owner to rent towels and sheets or you need to bring your own.
2 Full Size Bed . Guest need to provide own soap.
Please No Smoking in Condo Unit and Pets not allowed.
We would appreciate if you treat the condo like it yours and return it like you found it. No trash , Bath Room clean , frig empty out, etc. Please provide us pictures to confirm. If you wish not to clean you will be charge a Cleaning Fee of $50 from your security deposit. Please let us know of this before your departure.
On your Final Day place your sealed trash bags in the hallway. Housekeeping will get it. However, if you need to get rid of trash daily there are container by the elevator.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Check in Time: 3 p.m. the first day of your stay
PARKING: The parking is garage across the street.
CHECKOUT TIME: 10 a.m. on the final day of your stay.
GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES: We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring breakers or other non-family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of the owner. We rent to families and responsible adults only, must be 18 or older. Any violations shall result in termination without refund.
MAINTENANCE: All equipment in the house should be in working order. Should something not work properly call Mr. Bailey.
There was a little confusion upon arrival. We had not received any information on how 2 access room. However, 1ce N the room things went smoothly. Although the add on homeaway said this was suppose 2 B a street side view it was not. It was center inside wall overlooking pool which has been covered 4 season, so really, no view at all other than surrounding rooms.
The experience here was overall great. Checking in/out was extremely easy and the resort was also really nice.
The listing description was accurate regarding the Landmark Resort and the amenities provided. The property was clean and well-maintained. Don't forget to bring your own towels, bed linens, and toiletries. Mr. Bailey provided excellent customer service. He even came by to my room to make sure that I had arrived safely after my phone died. The self check-in process was super easy and convenient, regarding the long line of clients I had seen at the front desk.
We stayed on the 10th floor condo July 2-July 9th. The day before arrival Mr. Bailey called with instructions on what to do at arrival. Lucky for us, we didn't have to wait in the VERY long line of people wanting to check in. Instead, we unloaded the car and headed straight up to our room. The room was very clean. It had everything needed including plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. We have absolutely no complaints about this condo other than we had to leave at the end our of stay. I can't wait to book one of Mr. Baileys condos for next family vacation.
Landmark Resort was very busy (it was 4th of July) as expected. They have awesome pools, they had a DJ out at the pool. Their staff was friendly. Very much enjoyed this resort.
The condo looked exactly as advertised, was clean, and check in/out was incredibly easy. The beds were comfortable enough, there were plenty of pillows and access to extra blankets. There were even extra fans and space coolers available (which was fantastic in such a hot, humid place). The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, the parking pass was extremely helpful, and having access to the lazy river and pools was wonderful. You're within walking distance of EVERYTHING. But the best part was the beach. You're right there on it. It's beautiful. I'll definitely book again!!
My family and I stayed for 4 days and 5 nights. The unit was just enough space for our family of four. While it was not ocean views, the sunset views were amazing being on the 15th floor. The only suggestion I have for the unit....under cabinet lighting in the kitchenette area.
The Landmark is a great property for families! The pools, the lazy rivers, the hot tubs, the arcade, the gift shop, the restaurants, the putt putt, the beach access, central location...perfect!
Mr. Bailey was very responsive and very easy to work with. I have already recommended his unit to my relatives.
