Everything about the condo is absolutely perfect!

The condo itself is huge, beautiful and extremely well maintained, the views are phenomenal even if from 2nd floor. Pool and swim up bar are second to none. The grounds are immaculate, great area to relax.

Being right in Old Town is the only spot to be in Puerto Vallarta!

Do not, I repeat, do not miss Pancho's Tacos a minute walk away!!

Georgeous and spacious condo in the heart of the old town

We spent a lovely week in this very attractive, spacious condo on the ocean front and in the heart of the old town. The condo looks just like the pictures. It is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen as well as laundry room. The swimming pool is enormous and has a swim up bar where you can buy drinks, nachos, etc at great prices. There is a convenience store across the street and easy walking to lots of great restaurants. The pier where you can take the water taxi to Yalapa and rent jet skis is just a couple of minutes down the ocean front. Very comfortable lodging in a great location.

Very impressed with the condo and facilities.

Very nice condo that slept 6 very comfortably. Excellent pool with swim up bar and grill. Good food. Shopping and restaurants very nearby and easy to walk to. Nice experience of Mexican culture. Food and clothing prices were well below those in the US.

A slice of heaven

We had a wonderful stay at the Molino de Agua Unit 206! The views are amazing, yet close so you still feel a part of the city, being in it, not just looking down on it. The unit is set back from the Malecon, so it is not noisy at all. Very often, we could hear the pianist at Oscar's Restaurant in the evening. The kitchen has everything you could use and more. We cooked a number of meals at home, using the grill and the amazing outdoor space. The entire unit is clean, neat, and very well kept. The grounds are impeccable, with an absolutely wonderful pool that we used everyday. The pool bar and staff are super, and the food delicious and not expensive. The master is just Huge! Comfy beds in master and in 2nd bedroom. If you had a 3rd couple in this unit, which we did not, it may be a bit of disappointment to sleep in 2 single beds in an L shape, especially in this muey romantico space. We liked that the common space was not cluttered, and decorated with white walls and some art pieces so the outside view could be the real focus, which it was. We never closed the patio doors! In previous pictures, the couch was white, which probably was a hassle to keep clean. The current couch is a brown sectional, Costco like, which for me is a bit of a mis-match for this airy space. But, it was very comfy for the little time we had to watch TV. Mostly, we stayed on the terraces, playing cards or talking or entertaining friends in the evening, watching the sunset and keeping an eye on the ever changing sky. After years in PV walking by this building, we finally stayed here. All we could ask was "What took us so long to rent this?" Thank you for a wonderful stay, a great staff like Fernando and Enrique who were helpful and very responsive. This was a wonderful stay.....Thank you!

We had a great stay in this condo. It is nicely furnished, and has a very well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great, and so is the view.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
