The 1,700 sq. ft. apartment is located on a private, gated, and exclusive community (only 30 Villas), right in front of Seven Seas Beach and very close to El Conquistador Resort and Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve, in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

It is a ground-floor apartment, with a private patio, fully equipped with a European kitchen, 3 bedrooms (a master suite with two queen size beds, and two other bedrooms, each with one queen size bed), and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have individually operated air conditioning units. There is a pool table in the common living area, to be enjoyed by all, together with the 46 inches LCD screen (with cable TV), a music system (blue-ray & DVD) and Wi-Fi.

Outside you will find 2 swimming pools (one for children), a playground, a recreational area, two private parking spaces (visitors parking also available), and fantastically well-kept communal facilities. The apartment has a privileged location in the complex, as it sits on the ground floor, right across the street from the pool area, thus accessible to children and handicapped people.

SEVEN SEAS BEACH - Once outside of the complex you will find the Seven Seas Beach, which has spectacular crystal blue waters, great for snorkeling around its coral reefs, as well as to practice other water sports. The region is part of the National Parks System and in 2009-2010 seasons was considered a 'World Blue Flag Beach'.

OTHER NEARLY BEACHES - Only minutes away, at walking distance, you will find the beaches of Playa Escondida and Playa Colora, two secluded, but yet very accessible beaches; you just have to walk 10 to 15 minutes through a mangrove forest to get there. Beyond the main island shores, you may savor the beautiful clear blue waters of Icacos, Palomino, and Palominito Isles, which provide opportunities for fantastic snorkeling, hiking and exploring. You may reach these islets by means of local companies or individuals at the local “Marinas”, who organize guided day tours. In addition, just 10 minutes in car you could enjoy Costa Azul Beach and Luquillo Beach. Close to Luquillo Beach you could enjoy variety of foods and your favorite drinks.

GO TO VIEQUES OR CULEBRA ISLES - Further away, but still very accessible from Fajardo, you may reach Vieques or Culebra. Ferryboats can take you there, where you can explore more world-renowned beaches. Vieques and Culebra can also be reached by air in minutes from Fajardo' Airport.

CEIBA AIRPORT - Ceiba Airport, which is a 20-minute drive from Seven Seas and Palma Vista Villa, also services flights to other nearby islands such as St. Thomas, St. Croix, Tortola, St. Martin, Anguila and the Dominican Republic. You may also catch flights from that airport to San Juan, Arecibo, and Ponce.

NATURAL ATTRACTIONS - But if you would rather stay in Fajardo, enjoying more of the island, it is easy when you take a side trip to see its natural attractions, like for example El Yunque National Rainforest, which is barely 14.2 miles away from the Palma Vista Complex. Also, just walking distance you could enjoy the Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan with a tours of the Fajardo's Lighthouse (2nd most biggest in Puerto Rico). In Las Croabas Village, during the night, you can rent kayaks and take a tour to enjoy the bioluminescent bay.

ENJOY SEAFOOD AND LOCAL CUISINE - If what you have read still does not convince you, think of the variety of places with delicious seafood and local fresh ingredients and produce, served to you in one of the many and diverse nearby kioskos and restaurants in Las Croabas Village. At arms reach you may find, both traditional local cuisine, as well as international high-end dishes, as in the restaurants at the Waldorf Astoria in El Conquistador Hotel & Casino with golf course, restaurants, spa and tennis courts, just 1.2 miles from Palma Vista Villa. All in all, your vacation will be excellent in this Palma Vista apartment.

Perfect ground level condo!

This condo was perfect for our family since our adult son has a disability and uses crutches to walk. The location was perfect for our trip and we appreciated the fact that it was a small, gated community. The cooler was great to have when we went to the beaches--we went to Luquillo beach 2 days. The condo looked just like the pictures and was fully furnished. We had excellent communication with Jose and would definitely book this property again.

Absolutely loved it

It was clean and equipped with literally everything you need. Close to shops, the ferry, the beach is right across the street. Jose is a sweet heart always making sure everything is good. I would definitely come back to stay.

Nice condo! Directly across the street from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Beds were comfy, plenty of space for everyone, had everything we needed! If I had any complaint it would be the couches are not ideal although very useable. They are actually outdoor style furniture. It was not a big issue though since we were out & about all day and went swimming at night! Jose was easy to contact & very helpful, did not have any problems while we were there. AC worked great in every room & our kids loved having a pool table! Highly recommend this condo!

Nice place

The place was nice, very clean. My only issues were the fact that the a/c in the living room near the pool table, kitchen and hang out area never went below 79, even at night. I notified Jose, he sent the maintence man to come "fix" it but he didn't know anymore about fixing it than i did, needless to say it never got fixed, it was so warm in there that it made the refrigerator not work as well as it should, we had that on the coldest but none of our stuff got as cold as u would think being that it was on the coldest temp. We had to crank the air down in the rooms and keep the bedroom doors open while we were gone during the day to make the living room temp bearable. There ants in the kitchen by the sink also that we had to spray with bug spray. Other than those 2 problems the place was great, i would stay there again if those things got resolved. Jose was very nice whenever we corresponded with each other.

Great place in beautiful area!!!!

Wonderful place with allots of room, we'll taken care, pool table for entertainment, wifi and Excellent easy access to pool and the beach. Is also less than a mile away from excellent restaurants on the beach.

The only inconvenience we had was the air conditioner in the living room did not work very well, but all the rooms had very good air conditioning. I notify the contact rental person about the issue and nothing was done nor reply to my messages or email.
