THERE WILL BE A NEW 1/2 BATH ON THE MAIN FLOOR AS WELL AS ALL NEW FLOORING ON THE MAIN FLOOR BY MARCH 2019. NEW DISHWASHER 2/23/18 We are very close to the beach. If you Google Huckleberry Lane, you will see our home at the entrance to the Islander's Beach Parking lot. At the beach pavilion there are bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a playground. Our "dog friendly" (only 1 small dog permitted) home, "The Lyons" #3 is located in Port Royal Village and steps away from the Islander's Beach, and the Westin hotel. Our swimming pool/hot tub(pool is heated March, April, October and hot tub March 1-December 1) can be seen from the front porch. We purchased our home in May 2014 keeping in mind we wanted a newer, large condo, with high ceilings, within a short walk to the beach with pool, hot tub and gas grills. We also wanted a place that would be perfect for families, golfers, tennis groups, wedding and event guests, girl's weekends, reunions etc. etc. Our new home has met 100% of our criteria and we love it. In fact, we live here 6 months out of the year.
The two-story updated 2044 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There are wood floors on the main floor, tile in the kitchen and all bathrooms and carpet in all bedrooms. The master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room large laundry room and 1/2 bath are on the first floor. There is a den on the second floor which is separate from the three other bedrooms.
The furnishings are new including many new mattresses, all new bedroom furniture, all new bedding, new living room furniture, new dining room table and 4 counter height stools. January 2016 all bathrooms were updated with granite countertops, new faucets, new mirrors, new toilets and new lighting.All of the 4 bedrooms and den have brand new carpet April 2015. There are 6 TV's: there is a new SMART TV in the living room with 125 channels, the upstairs den and all other bedrooms are all flat screens with ROKU sticks each with their own remote controls. Of course there is wireless internet too!
September 12 2014 the entire condo was painted. October 2 2014 there were the following kitchen updates; granite countertops, new subway tile backsplash, 32" single bowl sink with new downspray faucet, new garbage disposal, new downdraft stainless/black cooktop on a counter height island, new tile floor, 4 new counter height stools. The living room has a new mosaic fireplace surround, with new tile flooring, new sofa bed new love seat, new rug, new chairs and two new end table/new lamps and new cocktail table. The dining room has a new table as of October 27 2014.There is also a new washing machine as of October 6 2014 and new dryer December 2015. In case you care, there are 2 new hot water heaters too as of January 2015. Both A/C/heat units are Tranes.
I was recently asked by a potential guest about the kitchen supplies. There are all white plates, cereal bowls, smaller plates, coffee mugs, dining bowls, all silverware, steak knives for 14 people and all kinds of utensils for cooking, peeling, grating. I have thought of everything, even a salad spinner. There are large glasses, medium glasses, juice glasses and also a set of acrylic glasses. Regular wine glasses and the stemless wine glasses. There is a plethora of Corningware, serving bowls, mixing bowls, platters, 3 size sauce pots, 5 different size frying pans, pasta pot, seafood pot and large electric griddle and crockpot. There is a blender, electric can opener, 12 cup coffee pot, 4 slice toaster, microwave, and waffle iron. If you do not see it on the list, please ask me and I am sure it is here.

2nd floor-Bedroom 4-King with all brand new bathroom(gutted and rebuilt Dec. 2016) and SMART flat screen TV
We are so excited to be able to walk out of the condo, through the adjacent gate(Folly Field RD) and be standing at the parking lot of the Islander's Beach Park. No car is necessary and it is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. At this beach the pavilion has bathrooms and outdoor showers. There is even a hose to wash down your dog after a walk on the beach(seasonal limits)
The Westin Hotel is also within walking distance and has a shuttle right outside our condo complex. This condo is perfect for people attending a wedding, conference or other event there.
Port Royal Village abuts Port Royal Plantation which has 2 golf courses and a driving range. The club house is less than 1/2 mile from the condo.
When you sit on our front porch with three white rockers, two chairs and 2 small tables, you overlook the pool where there are comfortable lounge chairs and a hot tub.
There is parking for 4 cars underneath our home and shelters your cars from the sun and heat.
