This Villa is furnished with all of the amenities of a personal residence from fine furnishings to sophisticated electronics. The centerpieces of the entertainment area are a 55' HDTV and a connected Blu-Ray Disc/DVD Home Theatre Surround Sound System with iPod attachment located in the living room. I am a native Southern Californian. With the exception of attending school at the University of Nevada Reno, I have lived in the “Beach Cities“area, in Los Angeles County, all my life. After obtaining my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Business, respectively, I was hired by a local Aerospace Company supporting domestic, international and government contracts in the field of Security. I retired after working in that career field for 35 years. Today I am retired and spend much of my free time at the beach and desert. The remainder of my time is spent helping friends and family with their daily needs.

This property is my second home. I have furnished it with all the amenities you would want in your own primary home to make you feel comfortable and to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Ironwood County Club is one of the most desirable areas to own property. Once inside the community’s gates, you will experience a completely different environment. Upon entering, you will immediately begin to feel calm and tranquil. The beautifully maintained grounds, coupled with the right combination of flowers, desertscapes and lush green grass further enhances your euphoria. This quiet community provides long periods for self-inflection, internal concentration, reading, napping and romance. The large green belt off of the main patio and the scenic mountains only heighten your desert experience. A better location will be difficult to find!
Additionally, I have recently upgraded my villa by installing new granite countertops in the kitchen, new vanities and countertops in both bathrooms and new floor tile throughout the villa. The condo also received a complete new interior paint job. New dining room chairs, bar stools and a Lazy Boy recliner have replaced their predecessors. Outdoor dining has been upgraded with a new patio dining set that seats 6. All window coverings have been changed to new plantation shutters.
I love this property for a variety of reasons. It has a unique location, elevated higher than the rest of the surrounding Villas. The large green belt, just off of the main patio, typically functions as a private backyard. Although community property, the greenbelt rarely has other community residents utilizing it, thus lending itself to being a private area for lounging and lawn games. The pool and spa are literally steps away from the main patio, making your jaunt quick and convenient. Ironwood’s location is perfect, only being 1 ½ miles to El Paseo for shopping and restaurant dining. Ironwood is truly a gem of the desert!

City of Palm Desert requires a Transient Occupancy Tax of 9% must be levied to any "short tem" renter. "Short term" is defined as less than 28 days.
A payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve you reservation. The payment must be received 7 days after confirmation of reservation. The balance of the rent is due twenty-one (21) days before your arrival date.
