There is nothing like the local Hollywood Beach community experience. Within blocks are fine restaurants, tour boats, shopping, Live Music and Live Theatre.

This spacious corner lot is double the width of most properties.

A large patio for activities and dining.

Bed Sheets and Towels are provided. While we will also supply a starter set of paper goods, our guests must provide their own beach towels and paper supplies like toilet paper and tissues for the remainder of their stay.

Wonderful spacious beach house with responsive owners!

This is our second time staying at this property. Who wouldn't love seeing the beach and ocean from the spacious living room, dining room kitchen and deck?? It is well appointed and very comfortable with an owner that quickly answers any questions. With an upstairs and downstairs kitchen, there is plenty of space for friends & family to spread out. We hope to stay again!

Excellent location!

Wow! I can't say enough about this beautiful home and location. Lots of room for parking, which I have to say is a HUGE bonus in this area. The streets are pretty narrow and we were so glad there was room for off-street parking. The house is large and airy. You might be a little concerned about no air conditioning, but we didn't find it to be a problem at all. We were there the second week of September and the daytime temps were in the upper 70's and nighttime in the 60's. It was perfect. Since we had kids with us, it worked really well to rent both the upper and lower levels and put the families with children together in one unit. Directly between the house and the ocean is a post with a plastic tub full of sand-castle-building toys. That was a fun find as I had debated bringing along some of those items and was glad I hadn't bothered. The beach is relatively quiet. Since we were there while school was in session, the elementary school that is about a block away did have one morning where they played volleyball on the beach by the house. That was how we discovered that the volleyball net by the house next door didn't belong to a private owner. The house is right next to a public entrance to the beach, but we didn't find it to be a problem. Again, not a busy beach, so we felt it was exceptionally private. Only one small glitch (housekeeping forgot to put out the clean towels, but Russell responded very quickly to our text). Note: While we are always good about being fairly neat whether we are renting a VRBO or a hotel room, you will want to ask Russell at least a day ahead of time for details on how you should leave the house. Just a couple little things like that you will want to plan for as you are packing up to leave.

We are hoping to make this an annual stay and would rent this home again if it's available!!

Fantastic house!!!

This will be our vacation home for years to come. The house is in the perfect location. Perfectly set up for two families and right on the sand. Everything you need is here. Food, shopping the ocean and a marina are all within walking distance. The marina offers jet ski and paddle board rentals and has great shops and restaurants. Russell was in contact with me often offering tips and suggestions for our family and he was available 24/7 if we needed him. This house is perfect.
