The apartment is located in a hotel resort. Key cards are collected from the front desk along with beach towels and general information useful for the vacationner. A secure underground garage is available at extra cost.

The condo of 775sq ft is located on the 4th floor. From the living room and adjacent balcony, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea and the manicured gardens and pool within the complex. The views of the aircraft arrivals and departures are fascinating.

There is a living room with a queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioning systems.

The large balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs.

One of the three elevators will take you directly to the pool and gardens, to the lobby and shopping area as well as the laundry room and the underground garage.

The view of the landing aircrafts is spectacular. There is some noise associated with the landings and take offs when on the balcony, but once inside it is very quiet as the apartment has excellent insulation. There are no night flights.

A supermarket, on ground level, is open 7/7 from 7am to 12 midnight.

Free access is available to the facilities of the Royal Islander Club La Plage and the Sonesta Beach Hotel, across the street (health club, beach, bars and restaurants).

There is a 24 hour security in Maho.

Saint-Martin has been a favorite destination for years. La Terrasse offers fantastic ocean views from the 4th floor in an extremely well maintained and secure building.

The balcony is large enough for 4 people to enjoy meals and relax in the lounge chairs.

Relaxing by the pool or enjoying a drink at the bar are just some of the holiday facilities available. The complex also boasts a supermarket for every day requirements.

The wonderful clean beaches (Maho Beach and Mullet Bay), golf, Casino Royal, exclusive restaurants and boutiques and lots of entertainment for children ensure that there are plenty of holiday activities for a stay you will never forget and I also love exploring the 32 beaches around the island. The snorkeling around island is an adventure.

Please explore St. Martin and all the beaches.

Everything you need great accommodations!

The unit was well equipped with all the amenities as promised. Location is great along with beaches, restaurants, grocery store and casino all walking distance. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a great getaway. Thank you so much and we hope to return again. 👍�👍�

Excellent Maho Stay !!!

Condo was very nice with excellent views of the gardens, pool, ocean and airport runway. It was well appointed with everything needed for our stay. Landlord was very pleasant, easy to deal with and checked in with us on multiple occasions to make sure that everything was going well.

Excellent choice for us and wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. Highly recommend this unit and landlord.

Wonderful apartment, excellent view on a beautiful island.

This was our second trip to St. Maarten, and the first time to stay in this particular condo. I can not begin to say enough wonderful things

about our vacation here. First of all, the owner is one of the sweetest, and easiest people to work with. Communication via email is fast and she made

renting so simple.

The view from this condo was simply stunning. During the day, you can see the ocean, and the beach, and can also watch jets come in

and take off. The rooms are so well soundproofed that you can barely hear them from inside. We loved having coffee every morning on the balcony, and enjoyed seeing the beautifully manicured gardens.

The condo was very comfortable and convenient. The nice size kitchen was great to have, and I slept better in the wonderful bed there than I do at home!

The location in Maho is great too. Food and numerous restaurants are walking distance, and the Maho Beach near the runway is just a couple minute walk. When coming to this island, we will always stay in the Maho area. Mullet Bay Beach is a 5 minute drive away, and is also a great place to spend the day.

We rented a car and safe parking under the building is convenient, and VERY inexpensive. Our total cost for car rental, parking, gas and transportation for 8 days was less than $200 US. The desk staff members are also very helpful, and friendly.

I can recommend this rental wholeheartedly. Not only did we have a perfect vacation, but I feel we have found a friend in the owner, and she is a person we trust completely.

We WILL be back next year!

Seniors in paradise

Merci Merci for 5 perfect weeks in condo 588509 sxm in February and March. No snow, no cold, and no Winter storms. The condo is perfect--brightly decorated to rival the view from the balcony. Gardens and the pool below you, the beach across the street and the airport will become your entertainment. It's perfect. Everything you could need is available--all appliances, great wifi, grocery below the building, on site parking, and laundry downstairs. Restaurants and bars are so close and so varied. The owner is terrific to work with and is concerned with your comfort.

If you are concerned about the proximity of the airport relax. Air traffic ends in the evening and if you are indoors, you hear very little. Sleep is never interrupted.

Did we love it? Going back in 2017 for 5 more wonderful weeks. Can't wait! Ten years on the island and never happier!

very nice rental!

Stayed for 12 days, location is perfect especially if you like airplanes! The rental has everything you need, great view and the large pool is definitely a plus point! Close to shops, restaurants and Maho beach.

Great apartment in a great location

I stayed for three weeks and had a great time. Amazing view of Maho Beach and the airport runway from the balcony. The Maho area has everything you need within a short walk. The owner was easy to work with and I had no problems. Would love to stay here again.
