Full electric kitchen for eating in. The 24' balcony with table and seating provides extra living space with delight-full views.

Don't miss the sunset across the bay from the front door or the fireworks up the beach from the north end stairwell!

Why Gail Hughes and James Jones chose South Padre Island

'By the Sea' - well actually looking directly at the sea, right in front of you from the balcony. Ahhhh! We love to hear the waves, watch the sunrise, see the sky change through the day and night and see stars against the midnight sky. It is beautiful. It feels like you can see the universe.

What makes this condo unique

Have we mentioned the balcony overlooking the Gulf? Well there are many other joys-- we love walking on the beach- all hours of the day. The condo itself is fully outfitted so it is easy to live a casual lifestyle -- going out sometimes, eating in sometimes. We enjoy meeting local people, 'Winter Texans', and other renters. This beach is so perfect for families and children of all ages and spirits. We have visited South Padre Island for years -- and we particularly like Inverness.

We had an amazing time on the island. The weather was perfect for lounging at the beach.

The condo was great. It was clean and comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the back balcony. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the front porch. All in all it was a great trip.

Great location!! Super clean!!

The location was ideal -- right on the beach, high up with balconies and fantastic views.

Everything was as expected and smooth. I would recommend some minor maintenance on the unit -- quieter bathroom fans, drawer rail repairs, plumbing inspection. But it was a great trip and met our needs and wants well.

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay! Clean, good beds and wifi (important to kids and Dad who inevitably has to get some work done).

Gail was great to deal with. Even helped us out in the middle of the day when we locked ourselves out!

Can't recommend this place enough. Want to stay here the next trip to Padre!

First time to SPI

We stayed the Month of February. This property was better than we were expecting. Location was perfect and owners allowed us to come in a day early which was so helpful. Will recommend this property to anyone who would like to stay on the beach and with this being on the ninth floor the view is second to none. Hope to stay there again.

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed the month of January at South Padre Island. The condo was comfortable, clean and freshly painted. We had great views of the sunrise over the gulf from our spacious balcony and could see the sunset from the front walkway. The location was ideal and the owners very responsive.
