This two bedroom townhome is the perfect place for a summer getaway or ski vacation. Attached garage fits bikes, skis, and cars and keeps you out of the cold. Use the shuttle stop outside for an express ride to Winter Park town and Ski Area. The shuttle drops you closer than you can park during ski season! Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains including the slopes of Winter Park Ski area and the tubing hill across the way. This townhome is right across the road from Safeway and the full kitchen has plenty of counter space and everything you need for preparing your own meals. You can also easily walk or take the shuttle to nearby restaurants. Two sets of twin bunk beds, one full bed, and one queen bed provide lots of sleeping space for one or two families or a group of friends. There are plenty of board games for your use, a TV and DVD player and movies for kids. Or pick up a Redbox rental when you stop for groceries at Safeway across the street. Everything you need is here!

About Cari Schnepp

We enjoy spending as much time as we can at our mountain retreat. Our kids are budding skiers and their parents are avid snowboarders, and our family has enjoyed going to Ski Granby Ranch and Winter Park Ski Area for many years. In the summer, we enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views this area has to offer.

Why Cari Schnepp chose Fraser

We love this location on the shuttle route and close to the grocery store. Our family has had a connection to Winter Park for generations, and we like having our own place to stay here and enjoy all the area has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

The Ski shuttle stops right at the corner, and it drops you at the ski area closer than you can park. If you get on the purple line, there are no stops between ours and the ski area, so it's like our own personal express bus.

We also enjoy the attached garage when we want to drive anywhere. We provided lots of beds so that two families or a bunch of friends could stay. The kitchen and dining room are large enough to prepare a meal for two families too. The view from the deck is just beautiful.

Great Accomodations

Great accomodations that are very conveniently located near Highway 40. The Fraser tubing hill is due west of the property and Winter Park ski resort is a 15-minute drive away. This townhome easily sleeps 8 people in two separate bedrooms and there's a sleeper couch if more room is needed. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and bunk beds.

There are two full baths and a clothes washer and dryer and a one car attached garage that is long enough to fit an SUV and with the ability to close the overhead garage door and have enough room to open the back door of the SUV and remove your travel items including skis, boots, poles, etc. if you're on a ski trip.

Great family friendly place

Carli was extremely responsive. Tons of board games to keep everybody entertained. Covered garage came very handy during snowfall. Totally recommended.

Great location and condo... just needs attention.

We instantly fell in love with this condo! It is in a great location, on the bus route and right across from the grocery store. The layout is great for 4-6 people or more as bedrooms are on opposite floors and both have a queen bed and bunkbeds.

The only negative that we had about the condo was that it had been a little neglected from the cleaning crew. The toilets were not clean and there was dog hair in the corners and under the beds etc.

The owner was super nice and responsive to our requests. She even offered to have the cleaners come back in while we were there and make things right… I am confident that any future renters will not have that problem anymore!

This place is awesome and we will be back! It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We went white water rafting in Kremmling and we also went to Devils thumb ranch and went horseback riding and mountain biking and fishing. We spent some time in Winter Park which was very nice. My husband hiked Byers and biked all the way back down the mountain! The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the grocery so close. We saved $$ by cooking several meals at the property! We will remember this place in the future and also recommended to our friends. Thank you so much!

Great location, nice condo, great games, train annoying

Great location close to groceries, tubing, shuttle and more. Games and Netflix in condo were a wonderful time with kids. Condo reasonably furnished with alot of space. Plenty of dishes, cooking accommodations met needs. Loved the eating space which was also great space for games. Alot of sleeping accommodations. Queen beds a little hard. Train passing thru a few nights pretty annoying, but luckily only once a night for a few nights of our week stay. Didn't have a need for laundry, bit loved the fact they were available. Loved the door lock and no need to carry keys.

Very good property with easy access to Winter Park

Nice condo with great access to Winter Park - 50 yards to the shuttle. Also 3 minutes walking to a Safeway supermarket. A great place to stay for vacation with a family! The only somewhat negative is the difficulty to regulate temperature: lower level bedroom was cold, while upstairs was very warm.

This condo is located just a short walk or drive from the grocery store in Fraser. It's on the shuttle route that takes visitors to the town of Winter Park and the ski resort. Great mountain biking trails are just a short ride up the road. There are several restaurants in walking distance, including our favorites, Azteca and Crooked Creek Saloon.
