This home sits on top of a hill, 40 steps from street level, which affords it 180 degrees of panoramic views, and incredible privacy. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the main level, and an expansive bedroom suite on the upper level), 4 bathrooms, a family room with a gas fireplace, and an open concept living room with views to the pool, and the gardens. The upstairs suite sleeps 4 people (a queen bed, a double bed, and a trundle bed). Sliding doors provide access to the upper patio overlooking Century City, Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. A day bed and a cocktail table make this patio ideal for relaxing at sunset and/or viewing the night sky.
