Located directly across the street from the Kailua Beach Park and Boat Launch, this modern rebuilt two-story home has a front main house consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchen/bar, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry facilities, a lanai with ocean views and a garage recreation room. There is a yard behind the home as well. This home sleeps 14 max (with exceptions made for small children.)
For sleeping arrangements there are 2 king size bedrooms, 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs living room and 2 'dr. pitt' sectional couches upstairs that converts to a large sleeping area (suitable for 3 children or two adults). We also have port-a-cribs, high chairs and strollers on site.
The upstairs and downstairs of this house can be "separated" and rented out separately for $500 each level. The bedroom floor plan is the same for both upstairs and downstairs (consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 King master suite and 1 Queen bed with additional full bath each). They each have their own entrance, kitchen/bar, living room, dining area, lounge area, air conditioning in all bedrooms and laundry facilities. The upstairs is more open and breezy than the downstairs. The downstairs includes use of the garage / recreation room with glass garage doors that open up. Separated costs:

For additional room, if necessary, there is a back ohana house which is a second story addition that consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has an ocean view, wonderful breeze and a wrap around deck. Both houses have been essentially demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Furnishings and design are comfortable, modern, contemporary and chic with luxury amenities and a classy touch. Pictures are still being updated regularly as improvements and additions are always being made.
This home is well stocked with all the essentials you need for ease of travel such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, cooking items, coffee, spices, condiments, laundry soap, tin foil, baggies, cleaning supplies, paper towels, sponges, toilet paper etc...
Recreational amenities for these homes will include complimentary use of outdoor equipment stored on site including 4 single kayaks, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and snorkel gear. There is also a luxurious outside shower for easy use of washing off the beach.
