Located directly across the street from the Kailua Beach Park and Boat Launch, this modern rebuilt two-story home has a front main house consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchen/bar, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry facilities, a lanai with ocean views and a garage recreation room. There is a yard behind the home as well. This home sleeps 14 max (with exceptions made for small children.)
For sleeping arrangements there are 2 king size bedrooms, 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs living room and 2 'dr. pitt' sectional couches upstairs that converts to a large sleeping area (suitable for 3 children or two adults). We also have port-a-cribs, high chairs and strollers on site.
The upstairs and downstairs of this house can be "separated" and rented out separately for $500 each level. The bedroom floor plan is the same for both upstairs and downstairs (consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 King master suite and 1 Queen bed with additional full bath each). They each have their own entrance, kitchen/bar, living room, dining area, lounge area, air conditioning in all bedrooms and laundry facilities. The upstairs is more open and breezy than the downstairs. The downstairs includes use of the garage / recreation room with glass garage doors that open up. Separated costs:
Upstairs only (2 bedroom / 2 bath) sleeps 6-8 max - $500/nt
Downstairs only (2 bedroom / 2 bath) sleeps 6-8 max - $500/nt
For additional room, if necessary, there is a back ohana house which is a second story addition that consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has an ocean view, wonderful breeze and a wrap around deck. Both houses have been essentially demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Furnishings and design are comfortable, modern, contemporary and chic with luxury amenities and a classy touch. Pictures are still being updated regularly as improvements and additions are always being made.
This home is well stocked with all the essentials you need for ease of travel such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, cooking items, coffee, spices, condiments, laundry soap, tin foil, baggies, cleaning supplies, paper towels, sponges, toilet paper etc...
Recreational amenities for these homes will include complimentary use of outdoor equipment stored on site including 4 single kayaks, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and snorkel gear. There is also a luxurious outside shower for easy use of washing off the beach.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund minus 3% (for merchant and administrative fees) if cancelled more than 60 days from scheduled arrival.

Why Louise Tower chose Kailua
Being fully remodeled from wall to wall and foundation to the roof, these homes were taken down to the bare shells and upgraded in every aspect. Everything except the exterior 4 walls and original foundation is new. Kailua is my home and while I have bought, fixed up and sold many properties here and the outer-islands, this property appealed to me because of it's location. I got to design and remodel these homes to my liking with a modern, simplistic and contemporary flair. Needless to say, I will not be selling these homes ever.

Amenities include an outside shower and kayaks to venture to the Mokulua Islands. We stock our homes with supplies, toiletries and condiments that make traveling and the overall enjoyment of our home more convenient and accommodating.

Beautiful home and awesome location!
The check in process was easy and they provided codes a week in advance. They tried their best to accommodate early check-in which helped out a lot! Unfortunately we were not able to do a late check out which wasn’t a huge a problem. The amenities were amazing: we loved that we were close to the the beach, swim gear, snorkels, and kayaks, lifejackets and beach toys for children. We love the house it was spacious it was big and able to accommodate our whole family. We were able to cook in our kitchens and just relax it was nice! The only downside was that the only the AC is only in their bedrooms which made it tougher for some of my family members that stayed in the living room. Overall, our stay was beautiful and rated five stars.
Great vacation property and location!
Just returned from a weeklong trip to Oahu, and spent the first 4 nights at this property in Kailua. We were traveling with a big group which included kids and babies (8 adults, 4 toddlers, 2 infants). This property had absolutely everything we wanted and needed in a vacation rental. Lots of small touches to make it feel like home, and the property itself was renovated very well. The laundry was great to have as well. We generally spent most of the time upstairs because the space was great to have everybody comfortably there. Nice long dining table was able to accommodate everyone for meals. Had a private chef come in the last night we were there and the room/kitchen was perfect for that. The one comment everyone kept saying was just how close the beach was to the house, and that we couldn't have asked for a better location. Plenty of beach toys (and having the wagon to haul it all across the street was great) and snorkel gear. Didn't get the chance to use the kayaks but that was more due to the weather. Thought parking was going to be more of an issue as we got in on a Saturday afternoon, but everything worked out well even with three cars.
Can't say enough about the property, and we are already thinking of the next time we can make it out. Also, great communication from Louise/Genette throughout the booking/rental process. Thanks for a great trip!
All we had hoped for
This property is amazing. We are Kailua locals who wanted to have a place nearby for mainland family to stay, play, and congregate in and around a wedding and found this to be a perfect setup near everything with a gorgeous view just across from the beach, with kayaks and outdoor shower included. The quality of the renovation makes you want to keep it beautiful and every detail is not only lovely but functional and comfortable, with so much room to just share company and wish this was your everyday. We had a bathroom light issue and a TV malfunction that were fixed within a day -- the caretakers are uber responsive. The pictures do represent what you get. 4 comfy bedrooms in the main house with 4 bathrooms (2 en suite) and more sleeping in common rooms. Plenty of cooking and serving ware. Parking was not an issue. Would recommend this VRBO in a heartbeat. We ended up having our family get togethers here rather than at my house! 6 stars, easy. Thank you so much!
Amazing property ideally located
My girlfriend and I along with a few friends wanted to go on a well deserved staycation. This luxury home is beautiful with a spacious layout while still providing ample amounts of privacy. The home is well equipped with essentials but also includes extras such as kayaks.
The location is great! You can walk right across the street and you're at Kailua Beach. You can walk about ten minutes east and be at Lanikai Beach. Pillbox hike is also just a short walk away, making a sunset/sunrise hike extremely convenient. At night, you can take a short drive down to Kailua Town. There, you can relax and unwind at Lanikai Brewery or Kailua Town Pub and Grill.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this to others.

The house is well appointed, has a relaxed atmosphere, and had plenty of room for our three families.The location was great as it is located directly across the street from a bay beach and not far from restaurants and the shopping centers. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck that has a beautiful view of the beach.
There were toys and games for the kids, plenty of outdoor beach equipmentI and big screen TV’s in just about every room. It was a great place for a family vacation! Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us.

There is an additional 2 bedroom / 1 bath Ohana unit separate from the main house on site for additional accommodations for larger parties. Fee for Ohana unit is $450/night. Also, Release of Liability forms need to be signed and mailed (or scanned and emailed) to Owner DUE NO LATER than 30 days prior to arrival date.
