Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Please Do not Move the Outdoor Grill from the Back (driveway) Side of the house to the Beach Side decks.
Please do not remove the house or Beach towels from the house for use on Boats for excursions.. :)
Agreement is based on an occupancy of 12. Any additional occupants will require an additional fee. This lease is not transferable to another party.
