Approximately 1 mi walk to downtown restaurants etc. Small new community. Ideal for 3 generations. Master bedroom on the first floor and large master bath. Bunk beds for the children. Open concept, wireless internet, 4 TV's. quartz counter tops, upgraded cabinets, ceramic tile on both levels, dual sided gas fireplace. Lots of windows and light filled space. You won't be disappointed. This is a large townhouse and Lewes is a fun town. Cape Henlopen State Park has beautiful beaches on the Altlantic Ocean and there is a town beach on the Delaware Bay side if you need a calmer beach for the little ones. Lewes has a bike path to ride into Rehoboth (bring your bikes or rent). There is kayaking available for rental. It's a great vacation spot. IF YOU HAVE NEVER TAKEN A LONG VACATION AT THE BEACH, THIS IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY. ENJOY A MONTH LONG VACATION. HAVE YOUR FAMILY VISIT. July and August FOR 2017 are available. Call us and tell us your needs. We will see how we can accommodate your family.
Our family has been vacationing here and on the Delaware shores for years. We love Lewes for the beach and the historic town. It's a bit more low key than the surrounding resort areas.

This property is east of Rt 1 and within walking distance of the town and its amenities. It's a new home. The house has a great floor plan with an upstairs loft area and downstairs open living area. If you like to cook, this has a well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, good counter space, lots of cooking utensils. Or you can avail yourselves of the terrific restaurants in town and the surrounding area. If it should happen to rain (hopefully not), there is the Cinema close by and of course there is plenty of shopping. Although we are not big golfers, there are many golf courses around. And if needed Beebe hospital is very close by. There is a wonderful small grocery store in town (Lloyd's) that seems to carry everything. It's hard to believe so much can fit in such a small space. They have the best summer peaches! And there's a lovely winery nearby for tastings and picnics. AND a terrific Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Just a reminder that you need to bring sheets and towels (to the house, not the winery!) and that there are showers only in the bathrooms (no tubs). IF YOU HAVE NEVER TAKEN A LONG VACATION AT THE BEACH YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER. The price is very reasonable compared with a weekly rental. Be creative with the month long time. See how you can work and have beach time also.
Charming small town atmosphere. Lots of history. Fun to explore. Not so crowded. Beautiful townhouse with lots of amenities.
