Crested Butte skiing holiday

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this Butte Rd property during the Alley Loop in Feb 2017. It was basically on the race course, walking distance from everything. It is a simple, no fuss property with everything you need when traveling with children (5 of them with us). No need for a yard or a view, just a big snowbank, a sled and some games for down time :-) Owners were very accommodating with possible changes of travel plans with impending snow storm threatening our travels back home. Would recommend and would definitely come back!

Great location - nice but simple accommodations

  • 4 of 5

It was nice and tidy, suited our needs perfectly as we were out enjoying the rivers and trails all day long. It provided the beds and 2 bathrooms we were looking for, and the key is the very convenient in-town location so all of our group could come and go without needing vehicles or coordinating schedules. Note that this is a pre-fab home double-wide, with other "mobile homes" in very close proximity. You walk between 2 others to get to the front door of this - not really a problem, and they are nicely kept and the neighbors seemed nice and it wasn't loud. However, not the best place to necessarily hang out and be outside grilling and relaxing unless you don't mind other homes/people possibly being 20 feet away. Overall we were very satisfied and it is a good value.

Affordable in town stay

  • 4 of 5

The house was about 3 blocks for downtown easy to walk or ride our bikes to. For the price, it was a nice place and we were able to book at the last minute. It is a newer manufactured home that is set back from the street and you have to walk between two other homes to get the house. The group of homes are close together. The yard is small, nicely grassed, and with nice flower beds. They had a bike repair stand in yard that I used to wash the mountain bike and making repairs. There are two nice size parking spots out front with bike racks too.

Great location with everything we needed!

  • 5 of 5

The house is just a few blocks from downtown Crested Butte and a short ride to some of Crested Butte's awesome single track. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in CB. The owners are dog friendly, so we were able to bring our 2 dogs along, which was perfect for us! I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to others. The owners were very nice and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
