Come enjoy a perfect Florida vacation at Gulf Front Pointe Santo de Sanibel - the most pristine and well groomed property on the island. Book without fees by contacting us directly via email. Our luxury condo, D-36 (with elevator), is fully remodeled with top of the line upgrades and amenities. D-36 provides wonderful gulf/beach and lagoon views from the living room, lanai, and master bedroom as well as privacy and solitude. The pool and beautiful white sand beach are at your doorstep.

We have equipped our upgraded kitchen with everything you could possible need including new appliances and filtered water/ice maker in the refrigerator and a Keurig Single Cup CoffeeMaker. The lanai has upgraded comfortable furniture, a fan, lovely views of the wildlife and is a favorite place to enjoy meals.

Our unit has its own upgraded high speed password protected WiFi Internet access as well as new HD flat screen TV's, BluRay DVD players, Home Theatre Surround Sound, Speakers in both Living and Kitchen Area, Apple TV and Radio and Rhapsody Digital Music Library with millions of free songs all with access by just one remote.

Along with linens and bath towels, we provide beach towels and other beach gear in our outside storage unit - just bring your bathing suits! We make it easy to get back and forth from the pool and beach with a keyless entry system - no need to remember if you have the keys or properly locked the door! A simple code to open the door and a push of a button to lock it makes beach life easier.

The heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi at Pointe Santo were completely renovated in September 2010 and offer outside showers, lounge chairs, lavatory facilities as well as activities for children. Unit D36 is close to the pool and the beach. Pointe Santo also has a shelling station, lounge chairs and a volleyball net on the beach.

Two tennis courts (rackets can be loaned out from the management office), shuffleboard and outdoor gas grills with covered tiki huts are also provided for your enjoyment.

Pointe Santo is a unique and premier complex. It is situated on 10 acres of lush, manicured tropical landscaping with a spring fed lagoon, visited by many beautiful and unusual birds and home to turtles and fish. The grounds are linked by a strolling path through this tropical paradise. The Pool, Jacuzzi area and Strolling paths are open and lighted until 10 PM. We have night time security on the complex as well.

We rent on a weekly basis only, from Saturday to Saturday.

We love the family friendly atmosphere, the beautiful views, beach and shelling. Although cooking in and on the gas grills is a favorite, we love the many dining out options offered near our complex. The flat biking paths are wonderful for walking, jogging and long bike rides to explore the island. This is the place to go and unwind, enjoy nature and truly is "our happy place".

Perfect Sanibel Island Condo!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending time in this terrific condo on the wonderful island of Sanibel. I have stayed at both this condo and the one next door, which is owned by the same couple and LOVE them both. I stayed the first time for a girls’ weekend and most recently to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. These beautifully condos were perfect for both occasions and would be great for multiple families vacationing together as well. Each condo is professionally decorated and extremely well-equipped with all the kitchen items we could need and even a great assortment of beach items, which saved us from having to bring all our own. The screened in deck was the perfect place to drink my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the great view of the ocean which is only steps away. The condos overlook the great pool/hot tub as well, which was never crowded or noisy, and are also just a very short walk from the tennis courts, which we enjoyed. From Pointe Santo you can bike to great places to eat and shop and also to a local nature preserve area. I truly can’t say enough great things about these condos or the wonderful owners who were responsive when we booked and provided great insider info about making the most of our time in Sanibel.

Beautifully upgraded and well maintained condo

My family and I have been coming to Pointe Santo for years. We love the beach, pool and activities offered at the clubhouse for children. Pointe Santo always feels like our home away from home. Our trip was made even better by the fantastic accommodations in unit D36. During our vacation, we try to spend as much time outside as possible using the condo for meals and sleep. Meal preparation was made easier in D36 due to availability of most every tool and pan necessary to cook our meals and serve our family. This was by far the best stocked kitchen with quality tools we have cooked in at Pointe Santo. We enjoyed the front bedroom having 2 full size beds as it made for more comfortable sleeping arrangements for our children. Also the bathrooms were nicely appointed and upgraded. We enjoyed all the beach toys and chairs available in the storage locker.

John and Laurie were very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. There was an internet outage in the unit during the beginning of our stay (no fault of the condo owners and repairs were underway), and they kept us updated as to the progress of the repair, which we appreciated. We highly recommend Pointe Santo and Unit D36.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location - Fantastic Experience

Our family really enjoyed staying at this condo this past July. The unit is very spacious and luxurious. The owners were very easy to work with and always quick to respond. They had everything you could think of including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend !!

Gracious and spacious

We were amazed by the gracious owners who communicated so quickly and clearly about the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking when you feel like staying in. They had a very helpful notebook with nearby restaurants and attractions that was much appreciated-- we would highly recommend The Sand Bar and the Mad Hatter!. In addition, they had games, DVD's, and an Apple TV. There was also a surprisingly full storage closet with and umbrella, beach chairs (an awesome bonus since we were flying and couldn't take our own chairs), a collapsable wonder wheeler cart to easily carry all of your beach things in one load down the elevator. (Beside making the unit handicap accessible, the elevator was so helpful for carrying groceries and beach stuff up and down!!). There were also a wide variety of sand and water toys in the storage closet. In addition, they also had cold packs (already in the freezer ready to go!) and a couple of different sized coolers which were very helpful! (Again, most helpful when you are flying and can't bring those additional items!) It seems that the owners have anticipated all of your needs!

The rooms were spacious, each with a full bath connected. (The room with two beds had a door connecting to the bedroom and also to the kitchen/dining area for easy use). There is plenty of seating- bar seating at the kitchen island and also at the bar between the kitchen and dining areas as well as the dining room table and table in the lanai. The living area layout works nicely for lounging and watching movies.

We really loved the lanai! It was so lovely, particularly in the mornings to sit out there with breakfast and listen to the birds and watch and listen to the waves rolling in!

And most importantly, the beach is awesome! WOW, so tropical feeling and relaxing...and you can't help but look for shells. They have a chart listed by the beach to help identify your shells. (It is addicting!) We did not go to the pool as much, but it seemed like the perfect place for young families and those who did not want to venture down to the beach. The unit is convenient to the beach, so if you forget something, it is easy to run back to the unit.

I would highly recommend this clean, well appointed unit!

A week in Paradise

This was a return trip to Sanibel for us. Pointe Santo de Sanibel is beautiful! The condo is well-maintained, clean, and very spacious. We loved the décor. Sitting in the lanai, we enjoyed the fabulous beach views. We are planning on making a return trip. We have vacationed in both d36 (last month) and d37 (2 yrs ago) - both were very luxurious! Owners were very gracious and responsive. We highly recommend staying here.

An Amazing Place to Stay

This place is the perfect place to stay. The unit has everything imaginable that you might need, and the owners are gracious and responsive. It is very clean, updated and well-maintained - and lots of "extras." We loved having coffee and breakfast on the linea with a view of the ocean. The owners left recommendations for activities and restaurants which we found really helpful (and the Yucatan Shrimp at Doc Ford's is amazing ....). We've stayed in a variety of places when vacationing at different beaches and this was by far the nicest unit! I highly recommend it!
