We have a 3 bedroom townhouse in the very best part of Venice. This is an excellent location for creatives in town short-term for media and film projects, or for extended stays. Families are most welcome. The townhouse accommodates five comfortably.

There is plenty of on street parking right in front of the house. The #1 and #3 Santa Monica Big Blue buses stop just 2 blocks away. The Metro #33 runs from Venice Blvd. to downtown.
Our guests have access to the front garden for outdoor dining (seats up to 12) and use of the outdoor fireplace and grill. The back townhouse also has a stone deck entrance with outdoor seating and another deck off the kitchen with another seating group and a koi pond. The back patio, sunny in the afternoon, has another table and chairs.
Interaction with Guests
The main house on our property is a duplex. My husband and I live in the front townhouse. The tastefully furnished back townhouse has been set up for the enjoyment of our guests. We have as much or as little interaction with our guests as they desire. We try for pleasant inconspicuousness.
This neighborhood is quiet, yet creative, with a very dynamic retail area (Abbot Kinney Blvd.) just two blocks away. Venice Beach, in all it's glory, is just 7 blocks away. (A fifteen minute walk, or a 5 minute bike ride) The best part of this neighborhood is the diversity of experience one can encounter in such a short distance.
