Totally renovated family home nestled amongst two acres of cherry trees and featuring expansive views of Okanagan Lake, from Kaleden to Summerland. Incredible views from every window of this light filled home overlooking vineyards, orchards and the unique clay banks lining Okanagan Lake. The desireable Naramata bench has 24 wineries and our home is in the middle of the bench. Our home is west facing to take advantage of afternoon sunshine and spectacular Okanagan Lake sunsets. This home is surrounded by over 1/2 acres of grass for youthful outdoor recreation and exploration. Situated six miles from Penticton along scenic Naramata Rd. It is 10 minutes from all Penticton amenities and even less to the quiet village of Naramata. Sleeps 12 maximum. Amenities include: Deluxe kitchen includes cherry wood cabinetry with granite countertops, tile floors and all new stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The open concept main floor also includes a large gathering room, open to kitchen and dining areas, maple hardwood flooring and a tiled dining room with huge windows. Large living room with 55 inch flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. French doors to outdoor patio areas. Three large bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3: Single over double bunk type beds with stairs (not ladders). Large modern bathroom with heated tile floors, double antique vanity and combination tub and shower. Large dining room with attached laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The top floor includes: 600+ square foot master suite with King bed and 42' flat screen TV. French doors onto second floor private balcony with spectacular views. Completely tiled master bath with large walk in shower, corner tub, double antique vanity, two large windows with great views. Second large bedroom with queen bed. This home will sleep up to a maximum of 12 people comfortably in a Smoke Free environment. No Pets. This home is equipped with a small DVD library as well as assorted books and magazines for your comfort and convenience. All rooms are nicely appointed with new furniture interspersed with pieces of significance to the long term owners.

Why Cam Cutler, Russ Cutler, Brent Cutler chose Thompson Okanagan

This home was owned by Arthur C. and Ruth K. Cutler from 1956 to the present. Their four sons: Cam, Russ, Brent and Gregg were raised in this home and live in the immediate vicinity. With the passing of Ruth in 2010 (age 93) and Art in April of 2014 (age 98), the home is now owned by all four brothers. Their parents have not lived in the home since 2010 and renovations were undertaken at that time. The original home, built in 1938 has been torn down to the foundation and rebuilt over the past three years with the work only recently completed. Steps have been taken to retain the character of our family home and family memories attached to it. We feel that this is an ideal home for families to enjoy the beauty of the Okanagan surroundings that we have loved since 1956 and invite you to spend time here.

Paradise on the Bench!

This vacation home is spacious, newly renovated/rebuilt and is functional and beautifully decorated. This home is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property has a magnificent view of vineyards and lake. It is centrally located close wineries, beaches, and biking trails. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great house for our big family

We had 10 adults and 4 children at the house for a week in August a had a great time. In the interest of helping future travelers, here are my pros and cons.

Cons: The only real downside for this house is that there us only one bathroom in the common area and another which is in the master suite. Another thing is that Cam loves just up the hill and we saw him everyday as he was making sure the sprinklers were working and in the right spot. It was fine for us, but some people might find it a little less private. One day he accidentally moved the sprinklers so they sprayed inside our car windows.

Pros: the view is amazing! The house is gorgeous and pictures don't do it justice. Because if all the sprinklers, the yard had great grass where our kids loved to run. There are a tonne of cherry trees as well as plums, Apple's, pears. We picked cherries most days. We also saw deer twice and had two bear sightings. We had a great picnic with the kids behind the house under a massive weeping willow tree. The location was awesome for visiting wineries and restaurants on the naramata bench. Penticton is close and beaches were close too. We also locked ourselves out of the house once and he was quick to come unlock the door.

All in all, we would definitely stay again.

Thanks for leaving the house so clean and tidy and doing some of the laundry before you left. We were certainly happy you enjoyed your stay and the fruit. Sorry about the sprinkler I was unaware it had sprayed into your car. The weather this year being a throwback to 50"s and 60"s with no precipitation for 2 months the sprinklers had to be going full time or the grass would have died. Generally in a normal year you would of only seen me maybe once in the week when I would come and water the flowers. Thanks again for coming and being such wonderful guest hope to see you again in the future.

Amazing rental home!!!!

This beautifully appointed house was a treasure! Cam Cutler and the rest of the family were wonderful to deal with. No expense is spared to make sure the stay is pleasant. It was extremely clean and very convenient to stay in. The appliances and furniture are top notch - the TV has a very high quality picture, and we have access to as many cherries and plums as we could consume! What a wonderful place to join with family and friends. THANK YOU Cutler family.

We were also very pleased that some of your group were able to enjoy almost daily your 10K run on the KVR or Trans Canada Trail, it a perk that gets overlooked by many of our guests. During cherry season all guests are welcome to the cherries that are in the orchard, it to is a perk when guests come here during the season. Awesome place for the family

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in Naramata. 4 kids in hockey school that had a blast. The In laws and the wife loved the wines tours in the area. Beautiful views of Okanagon lake and Penticton were enjoyed for every morning coffee. Only a 2 min hike up the road to the Kettle Valley Railroad which was awesome for running and biking. The owner was also nice enough to let us all fill up on the fresh cherries that are all over the yard. The climate control in every room was also much appreciated.

Beautiful, classy and exceeded expectations

A fabulous place for a girls birthday, wine tour and cycling getaway! This home and ideallic property is beautifully maintained and is an absolute gem of a vacation rental. It fit 8 of us very comfortably and was well equipped with everything we needed to relax, enjoy and recreate. I will be recommending it to everyone I know and would stay there again in an instant.

Fantastic girls weekend

We were a group of 10 girls visiting penticton for a wine girls weekend and the property couldn't have been more perfect for us! The location is just a quick drive from town and walking distance from wineries. The yard and view are amazing and the house had plenty of space to fit 10 of us comfortably. I would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again!
