Spacious 2 level apartment with dramatic architecture, very high ceilings (21 feet in living room) , skylights beams. Original architectural details, 2 19th century fireplaces which are no longer functional. 2 Story living room is open to kitchen which is updated with new stainless range, microwave and dishwasher, countertops, sink, faucet, floors.

Ground floor master has deluxe all new bath with large granite topped vanity, tiled walk in shower, tiled floors. The upper level is reached via a tall spiral staircase. Not appropriate for children under 12 or those with physical handicaps. Upper bedroom has queen and full beds. Loft space functions as a 3rd sleeping area and has full bed. Upper bath services both the bedroom and loft areas. .

The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 - 5 persons. . This rental works well for 2 couples and a single, one couple and 3 singles.

Parking for this apartment is right outside your door and is gated and fenced. One vehicle parking per apartment can be offered at all times. Sometimes 2nd car parking is available during slow periods

Property is large with tropical ambiance, tall palms and other plants. Lots of room to sit in the garden areas. 1/3 acre . Several areas of table and chairs in addition to the traditional porches all around the house.

The apartment is secure in that there is security fencing and apartments themselves have security doors. My guests feel like they are staying in an oasis in the middle of the city, close to the action, but removed from it when they are in their rental apartment. This is an amenity difficult to find in French Quarter/Marigny areas since space comes at a premium.

Great location and great owner

We had family meet up in NOLA for the French Quarter Festival. The location is perfect to walk to Marigny and the quarter. We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for us with a nice modern kitchen for breakfast and very nice decor. The killer was the secure off-street parking where we able to leave our vehicle without any worry. Can't say enough about Glenn and the other guests were all great.

Private Paradise

What an amazing place! Perfect location; just a few blocks from all the fun Faubourg action on Frenchman, and of course, the French Quarter. This large apartment is tucked away in the corner of a small, gated condo-plex, with secured off-street parking. Me and my sweetie, along with another couple, had planned a 4-day NOLA get-away when we learned that the other couple's daughter and son-in-law were in NOLA too, but hated their accommodations. So, we invited them to stay-over. Just a note: Although this is technically a 2 bedroom, there's a lovely, but not private, loft space with queen-sized bed. Bottomline: we had the downstairs and our friends and their family had the upstairs...worked out great!

The check-in process was prompt and easy. Although we'd rented a car, we really didn't need it, so kept the thing parked in secure parking. Suggestion: don't rent a car! Uber is everywhere, or just walk!

Livingroom was great for chatting/gathering - plenty of space - same for kitchen, with enough room to sit around the table, heat & eat leftovers (who wants to cook with so many great places to eat?!)

This is an unbelievable location for the price. We couldn't have been happier and hope to make it back to NOLA real soon.

Perfect location and great owner!

I hate to compliment Glenn and his unit, as I want this place to remain a secret! Glenn was very responsive to communication in planning the trip and was flexible with check-in/out times to accommodate our flights. The Marigny is a great location – easy walking to the Quarter and other neighborhoods. We were in a group (of 9 guys) and reserved multiple units. The only challenge was only having 2 sets of keys per unit – as we often split up during the day, we had to coordinate times to meet back at the apartments so everyone could get in. Off-street parking was available which was very nice! Safety – it is New Orleans – just as with any city, be aware of your surroundings! Glenn’s units are my new favorite go-to for staying in the city.

Prime location and awesome owner!

We came during this year's Mardi Gras celebration and we couldn't have been more happier. It's about a 5-7 min walk to both Frenchman St. and the French Quarter. And, Glenn was extremely responsive and on top of all of our requests. For the price point, quality, and amenities, I would highly recommend this property.

Awesome Location, great accommodations!

This was the perfect apt for the 6 of us who stayed here for 5 days. We were all comfortable and walked to the French Quarter daily. Glenn was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule. Would most definately rent from him again! Had a really great time, thank you Glenn!

Great place for exploring New Orleans

Super place for exploring New Orleans. Located between the French Quarter and Frenchman St, everything is within an easy 10-15 minute walk. The house is spacious and was clean. Plenty of room for our party of 5. With multiple apartments available in the same complex, a perfect place for larger group. The reasonable price included an off-street parking space. We felt perfectly safe walking through the neighborhood at anytime of day. Highly recommended!
