'Casa de Rush' has been beautifully decorated in the 'rustic' Mexican tradition. It is fully equipped and will make you feel at home while having your morning coffee, or a drink on the terrace while watching spectacular sunset. From the terrace, it features tremendous views of Banderas Bay, the Cathedral, and the quaint tiled roofs of Old Town. From the bedrooms, there are spectacular views of the mountains and more views of Old Town. The beach setting and Old Town location enhance the building's priority standing for vacation enjoyment. The best restaurants, galleries, shops and clubs that Puerto Vallarta has to offer are just steps away. With everything within walking distance, this luxury condo offers the ultimate in vacation experience by mixing convenience with style and beachfront elegance, while creating a secure private luxury living experience.

'Casa de Rush' sleeps 6 people. It is a three bedroom unit with two Master Suites, each featuring a King Size bed with en suite baths. The primary Master Suite bath also features a Jacuzzi and private terrace. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a full bath across the hall. This condo has central air conditioning with 5 individual control zones. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, fresh and comfortable bedding of the highest quality and individual closets.

The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all of your dining needs. There are more glasses and coffee cups than you will ever use. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cook-top and a full cooking set-up beyond imagination for a rental property. Outside we have a large BBQ for cooking as well. There is a table service for 12 people in traditional Mexican pottery and poolside plastic plates and tumblers for outside entertainment, should you decide to take it poolside. Seating for in-home dining is located in the condo dining room and on the terrace. Each table will comfortably seat eight people.

The terrace is tastefully and comfortably decorated in the Mexican tradition with leather covered Equipale furniture. This gives guests the opportunity to arrange the terrace setting to meet their needs. Furniture includes chairs and stools which can be adjusted for views and use. The stools can be used as seats or as foot rests to give our guests the opportunity to prop up their feet to create a comfortable "lounge" setting when wanted.

This condo includes maid service 2 times a week, a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, a covered car port, 24 hour security with private access key, high speed wireless internet, purified water, Magic Jack phone allowing for calls to the US and Canada at no charge, a desktop printer and televisions in the living room and both Master bedrooms, among other things.

The grounds are beautiful and offer various areas for comfortable seating. You have access to the largest infinity pool in Puerto Vallarta. It is heated to a comfortable 85-90 degrees during the season. You can go for a long swim, sunbathe on the lounges, or sit in the shade. The poolside Palapa features food and bar service and is a favorite hangout for pool-goers. Just outside the gate is Molino's private beach, complete with luxurious lounges and umbrellas. It is surrounded by palms for added privacy and is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing afternoon on the beach.

Upon arrival, our property manager will greet you with your personal keys and access code to the property. He will give you a tour through the condo and explain everything you will need to know about the property. He is a personal friend and will make you feel at home! He is available to you should you need additional assistance during your stay. We invite you into our home and sincerely hope you enjoy your stay at 'Casa de Rush'.

About Judi Rush

Ken and I were childhood sweethearts and have been married for 50+ years. We have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. We each started our businesses 39 years ago - on a wing and a prayer. Miraculously we still have them today! We live in our hometown in Fresno, both being raised there, and have always had a spirit of adventure.

Judi Rush purchased this condo in 2009

Why Judi Rush chose Emiliano Zapata

In November of 2009 we joined our sons and their wives on a cruise of the Mexican Riviera. We went to Cabo, Mazatlan, then Puerto Vallarta. When we reached PV, we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do, and it did not involve cruise ship tours. One of our daughter-in-laws was actually born and raised in the area, so she and our youngest son were our guides. We were met at the cruise ship by a hired car and driver. It was then that our adventure began. We were headed up the mountain to a great zip line. On the way, the driver pointed out some condos that were for sale. We continued up the mountain, had a beautiful brunch overlooking the bay, and ended up at the zip line.

After some zipping fun, we headed back to Old Town. As we arrived in that area, our oldest son pointed out the condos that were for sale. He said he wanted to go look and see what a condo on the ocean in Mexico was like. We told him we only had 3 hours left to spend before going back to the ship and we were going to spend it in town. He insisted, and we humored him by going to take a quick look. Thirty minutes later we were signing papers to buy. Excited, we got back on the ship and could not help but wonder what we had just done. The problem was, it would be months before we would return for a second look at our new home. Just another reason this property is called 'Casa de Rush'!

What makes this condo unique

This was definitely a case of 'Love at First Sight'. We had been to Puerto Vallarta about fifteen years earlier on a vacation with our son and his family. We had stayed at a hotel and had a great time, but most of our time was spent at the resort. When we returned this time, we noticed the many changes and improvements that were being made to the community. When we stepped onto the property at Molino De Agua, we were immediately impressed with the beauty of the gardens. We went to the second floor and saw a more beautiful view of those gardens and an amazing brand new condo waiting for a buyer. We then went to the fifth floor and could actually see the gardens, the pool, and a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay. The condo was magnificent! We went to the tenth floor to look at another one of the last condos that were for sale. We decided it was a little too high for us (both in price and elevation) and - without a blink - opted for floor five. In the few minutes that it took to think about this purchase, we decided that there was no other place on this earth that we could find a property of this stature, with an oceanfront location, for this price and with everything literally available at our fingertips. There was no doubt, this was a dream come true and we knew if we did not purchase at that moment, the opportunity would not be available when we returned home at the end of the week. With only seven condos left to sell, they would be gone in no time.

Since our purchase in 2009, things have only gotten better. The improvements to this property continue to make it one of the most desired properties in Puerto Vallarta and we love the time we are able to spend here. The people of Puerto Vallarta are wonderful and we are all the richer for having this experience.

Beautiful place, gorgeous view, great location

Dear Judi,

I would like to say that we absolutely fell in love with your place. The first thing all four of us said the first time we saw it was "wow", and the view wasn't too shabby either. We have stayed in our fair share of VRBO's and I can honestly say this was by far the nicest, cleanest, and well stocked. There is not one thing that it lacked. Your cleaning staff did a fantastic job and Carlos was a delight and couldn't have been nicer. I can see why you fell in love with both your condo and Puerto Vallarta. Everything was within walking distance which was nice because we ate A LOT! We had our full security deposit back within days of our return, not like weeks from other places we've stayed. Everything from start to finish was first class! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a fun, relaxing vacation and wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future. The Albert Family

Rush, Don’t Walk, To Casa de Rush!

  • 5 of 5

Over the past 3 years we have stayed in about 7 or 8 condos in central/south Puerto Vallarta. Casa de Rush was far and away the best! Everything was just what you hope for in a condo, and better than advertised in the listing. The very spacious unit was spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated. There are modern electronics throughout the home with options for TV, movies, and music. There were generous supplies like towels and toilette paper. Everything worked—something not to be taken for granted in our experience with other condos. We felt like we were living in a new home. The Molina complex and grounds were very quiet and the property management staff was attentive and friendly. Of course the view from the balcony at Casa de Rush is just spectacular, and Molina de Agua’s location is perfect for easy access to all that downtown Vallarta has to offer. Step out your door right onto the Malecón! Judi and Ken are responsive owners and a pleasure to deal with. You won’t find a better condo option in Vallarta. We recommend Casa de Rush without any reservations, and we hope to stay there again!

Happy in PV

  • 5 of 5

This was our fourth trip to Puerto Vallarta and our fourth stay at Molina de Agua. However, it was the first time we stayed at Casa De Rush. What an amazing condo. The view is spectacular, the furnishings are totally Mexican and beautiful, and the kitchen is equipped with anything you could ever need to cook. Judi Rush is so responsive on communications and answering questions. You can tell she and her husband have great pride in their home, and have put much love and effort into decorating it, equipping it, and making people feel welcome. We loved every minute of our stay, and this condo will be our first request in the future.

Beautiful beyond expectaions!

  • 5 of 5

We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta many times and have stayed in hotels, condos, time shares, etc but we have never stayed anywhere as nice as Casa de Rush at Molino de Aqua. There were 3 couples staying there and at no time did we feel cramped or in each other's way. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The views were spectacular and the pool and beach made us want to stay on the grounds during the day. All the security and cleaning crew were very friendly. We loved the location as you were just a short walk to old town and new town and within blocks of many great restaurants. We will definitely consider staying at Casa de Rush when we return to PV. Booking the unit through Judi was very easy and she was very responsive.

Owner's Response: We are glad your group enjoyed your stay with us and found everything suitable for your needs. It is great to hear your appreciation of the beautiful grounds of Molino de Agua. It has become a favorite with Puerto Vallarta vacationers and the staff works very hard to maintain the property and keep a friendly atmosphere. It is nice when our guests express their appreciation. We look forward to having you return to Casa de Rush and hope you will find your way back soon. Judi

To the world travelers-

Felt compelled to share the wonderful experiences that we encountered while staying at Casa De Rush.

From the first (almost immediate response) communication with Judi, I knew the property would be a great location for a family get together. Judi was always responsive to emails, even after the vacation.

Upon arrival, Carlos made everyone feel welcomed and we never needed to contact him again because Casa De Rush has everything (and more) than anyone on vacation should need.

The luxury that one gets to experience with this unit is incredible.

Incredible art and furnishings! Don't forget the bean bag chairs in the master bedroom!

Morning on the patio enjoying Seattle's Best Coffee made every day a great start.

Quiet, peaceful and serene at all times.

Thank you Judi, Ken and Carlo's for making your wonderful home a dream vacation!

Halloween is a great party on the Malecon with lots of kids and candy in gay celebration. Fishing and Whale Watching are generally good From November through January. (Book activities with local tour guides. Vallarta Adventures is the company we recommend. You can book online and be sure to get the tour of your choice). New Years Eve is something to remember for a life-time. At the stroke of midnight, the entire Bay is lit up with fireworks, sometimes for nearly an hour. The Botanical Gardens are at their prettiest around March and April. The Garden Club puts on a 3 day Bougainvillea Festival mid-May. Water sports, beach time and restaurants are great all season!
