About Roberta Emge

We live on small cattle ranch a few miles out of town and own a great little women's boutique in downtown Loveland. I fell in love with this house 10 years ago and vow to live there one day. We want others to enjoy the town of Loveland and stay in a wonderful location and home. We have one other VRBO and have had so much fun meeting all our travelers.

Roberta Emge purchased this bungalow in 2004

Why Roberta Emge chose Front Range

Loveland is such a great town. This house is walking distance to downtown, grocery stores and Lake Loveland. It is in a perfect location and is just the cutest house ever!

What makes this bungalow unique

The home has been furnished to give all travelers a warm and welcoming stay. Always clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Very well taken care of property. Very well appointed.

  • 5 of 5

This is my fifth time staying here in three years. The home is clean, maintained, and very well appointed. Everything you need, from bathroom essentials to laundry detergent and fabric softener, to dishes and soap, is always stocked here. I don't have much need to television, but if you do then the tv and cable package is top notch.

Staying here, you are 5 minutes from I-25, 20 minutes to Fort Collins, 25 to Longmont, 45 to Boulder, and about an hour from Denver and Estes Park. A five minute walk gets you to Safeway and multiple downtown shops.

This neighborhood is safe, quiet, and you can enjoy a morning or evening stroll through the neighborhood to a park a couple of blocks away.

I will always stay here when I come out from Illinois!

very cozy, efficient and quiet property

  • 4 of 5

The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. The property is in the charming older neighborhood of Loveland. The house was really clean with a comfortable deck to relax at the end of the day. This was so much better than a hotel room at a fair price. We would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed

  • 4 of 5

The property was in overall good condition upon arrival and was equipped with everything we needed to make it our "HomeAway" for the time we were in Colorado. Perfectly located, we were very happy with the proximity to all of our points of interest. The owner of the property, was more than accommodating to all of our requests and easily accessible to answer any questions we had. If we could change anything about our stay, we would suggest investing in newer living room furniture as the chairs and sofa were not the most comfortable.
