About Roberta Emge
We live on small cattle ranch a few miles out of town and I own a great little women's boutique in downtown Loveland. I fell in love with this house 10 years ago and vow to live there one day. We want others to enjoy the town of Loveland and stay in a wonderful location and home. We have one other VRBO and have had so much fun meeting all our travelers.
Roberta Emge purchased this Bungalow in 2004

Great little cottage
We stayed at this quaint little home for a tradeshow and it was everything we needed. Comfortable space and hospitable host. Close to a lot of restaturants and coffee. We would love to stay here again on our trip next year!
Comfortable and Convenient
Nice neighborhood. Nice town. Really nice house.
Great value for money, comfortable, nice location walking distance to downtown Loveland
A warm and cosy place to stay, was nice to come “home” to after busy days visiting family and doing touristy things. Beds were very comfy as was the sofa and ottoman for watching TV. Dishes, silverware, glasses,a few pans, etc provided, but there were a few items we had to borrow (cutting board, colander, vegetable peeler) as we were staying for about 3 weeks.
Location is very convenient, walking distance to downtown Loveland, short walk(about 20 mins) to grocery stores, Lake Loveland, and easy quick drive to shops and main roads.
We would stay again 🙂
Such a comfortable cottage!!
This is my go-to place to stay when I visit Colorado. Over the last four years I have stayed at this property eight times. Every time it is a wonderful experience, and hassle free. From check-in to check-out, and even having the owner come shovel me out of a blizzard one year, staying here is the right choice to make! It is so perfectly located to enjoy FoCo, RMNP, Boulder, and Denver is but an hour away. The new living room furniture is very inviting, and the back patio area is perfect for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day.
Roberta is a wonderful host and very responsive. We had family in for a memorial service in Loveland and this place was in a great location and provided everything we needed.
We'll be back
Short walk to beautiful Lake Loveland. Very rich in art. Enjoy the many sculptures through out the town and visit numerous art galleries. Local shopping offers thrifting to high end boutiques. Locally owned restaurants serve wonderful meals and fun entertainment. A 40 minute drive will take you to Estes Park, the gateway to the Rocky Mountain Park.
