Ocean View. Gorgeous sunrise. Private balconies. You & Peace. All can be experienced at The Oaks at Long Beach! Built in 2007, this townhome has all the features that will make your vacation a dream! Starting with the pool and landscaping, all is well-maintained & compliments the architecture. The townhome is located on the 2nd & 3rd floor above the double garage and is accessed by stairs or private interior elevator--no need to climb stairs! All effort has been made to offer you every convenience including a 55-inch flat screen & snuggly leather furniture in the living room. The 2nd floor is an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, a restroom, the living room, and dining area. The 3rd floor was made for rest and relaxation. In the Master bedroom there is a wonderful king size bed and in the master bathroom there is a separate shower & Jacuzzi tub. The guest room has super comfortable twin beds, & it's own guest bath.

There is a pool with a charcoal grill available. The Club house is available to rent for parties by reservation.

Long Beach has drawn national attention because of the beauty of its beaches. CNN listed the small city just west of Gulfport among its Top 22 can't-miss beaches in the United States. Jenna DiMaria, a member of the CNN public relations team, said Long Beach was deserving of the recognition, though it isn't necessarily one of the nation's most famed beaches. 'We chose Long Beach because we thought people might not immediately think of it and it is truly a beautiful place,' DiMaria said. 'Geography is certainly a factor, because it's in a place that people may not think of when

they think of beach towns, and we also chose it because it is absolutely beautiful.' Katia Hetter of CNN cited these beaches as 'a few spectacular or unusual beaches that stand out because of their unique geography, historical significance or simply their overwhelming beauty.'

Nice getaway

Enjoyable weekend. Didn't plan for two flights of stairs (!), but managed just fine. Condo was comfortable and convenient and quiet. Would stay there again.

Owner's Response: Private Elevator! We have an $65,000 PRIVATE ELEVATOR! LOL Seriously, I am so sorry you did not see it. It runs from the garage to both floors above and is very nice. We are glad you had a wonderful time and look forward to your return visit!

Frequent Miss Gulf Coast Visitors

My husband and I visit often and like to stay in different locations. This particular townhome was really very nice: modern, super clean, very comfortable, well-appointed, and the private elevator was great for my husband's knees! He could golf more! We enjoyed our coffee each morning overlooking the gulf from the main floor balcony and enjoyed the moon-rise from our bedroom balcony. That was my favorite spot. We will return and want to thank the owner for providing us a place we can recommend to our friends. Thank you, sir.

Twenty-six miles of soft white sand outlines gentle waves that dance on the water's surface offering an exceptional view from U.S. Highway 90, aka Beach Boulevard. A chain of barrier islands limits the amount of strong waves reaching the mainland beaches, making the resultant calm gentle waters ideal for water-based activities and children.

Several pullovers provide convenient beach access, photo opportunities, and water adventures for beach goers. Pass Christian and Long Beach, which are just west of the Gulfport/Biloxi area are considered residential areas offering quieter, tranquil sections of beaches for sunbathing, romantic walks, or moonlight picnics. Comfort stations located at Long Beach Harbor, Jones Park, Courthouse Road and the Coliseum offer showers & drink machines as well along serving as bus stops for Coast Area Transit Authority buses.

Several designated areas of the beach provide perfect nesting areas for an endangered bird species known as Least Terns. Visitors are restricted from these areas, but encouraged to stop, take pictures, and enjoy these unique and beautiful birds.

If surf is your priority, take the Ship Island ferry from the Gulfport Small Craft Harbor to our most popular barrier island, West Ship Island. Ship Island Excursions offers seasonal daily passenger ferry service to West Ship Island and Fort Massachusetts (circa 1858), part of Gulf Islands National Seashore. The island is approximately 12 miles offshore from Gulfport offering visitors beautiful Gulf waters for swimming, sunbathing, shelling and more. Mississippi Magazine recently selected the island as one of the top 25 must-see places in the Magnolia State, and USA Today named it as one of the top ten beaches in the United States! Be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen, as the sun can be fierce. The cruise to the barrier island takes about an hour one way and dolphin sightings are frequent during the boat ride. Food service, chair, and umbrella rentals are available on the island. Ship Island Excursions runs March - October.

Your prepaid rent less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival for weekly and daily reservations, and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly reservations. All weekly and daily reservations cancelled within 30 days and monthly reservations cancelled within 60 days will forfeit the entire advance payment. Room changes are considered the same as a cancellation since the properties are individually owned.

We require 35% down (by credit or debit card) to reserve this location. Final payment is due in full 14 days prior to arrival.
