We wanted to let you know that unfortunately the HOA informed us (5/11/2017) that we have an issue with the balcony above us that needs repair. We are not sure when the repair will be completed but at this time guests cannot go out onto the balcony. You can certainly still enjoy the view. We hope you will still consider us for your vacation needs.

Welcome to condo 134 at the Maravilla Resort. We have condo 132 right next door if you need more accommodations during your vacation.

This condo accommodates 6, it is newly remodeled as of 7/14. Enjoy views of the Gulf, lake and grounds from the living room.

Conveniently located on the first floor yet the complex has 3 central elevators.

This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer inside the unit so you do not have to leave the condo to wash your clothes.

We sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master (tv located in the master). We have a single bunk bed in the hall as we do not want kids falling from the top bunk. We have a queen sleeper sofa, a day bed and a trundle bed that pulls out from under the day bed.

We have smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom so you can log into your favorite accounts and applications. Please log out upon exiting the condo.

We have a full kitchen for your cooking needs. We offer complementary start up coffee.

The Maravilla is close to all the fun and restaurants on the island. Our location is minutes away from many beach pocket parks.

This owner has the condo right next door and another upstairs, all similar in decor. Ask about any group special to rent all 3 for larger family vacations.

We offer corporate housing as well.

The Maravilla is a wonderful complex that is close to everything but just far enough that it feels more private and less of the hustle and bustle we get toward the center of the island.

We have 3 pools (one heated for the winter months), a hot tub, BBQ pits on the grounds, workout room, and a first come first serve gazebo at the pool. Beautiful tropical landscaping and so much more.

Great place for a get away

The only bad thing I can say was that the app sent our check in info the day after check in and I had to bother the property manager for the information. Christina was amazing...even though she had more important things to handle, she helped us tremendously.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space for us and our three kids (12, 6 & 3 years old.) Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a big help too. Our kids loved having the pools, especially the one with the island! We enjoyed being on the seawall but not in the busiest intersections...it made coming and going out a much easier commute. Overall we loved the place! Would definitely stay again!

Very Good Choice!!!

The pools alone are worth the stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The washer and dryer are a HUGE bonus. The place was clean and very efficiently furnished. The parking is a little tight for a full sized truck but it's all covered and there's always a stairwell or elavator close. I would definitely stay there again

Not at all what you see in pics

They show the balcony as a as selling point and you can't go out on it. Beds are very uncomfortable, feel like foam only. Ice maker doesn't work.

Not as described

This property was not as described, no internet service and bedding was threadbare. I sent a note to owner and she came back defensive. Unit was dirty and frying pan was so warped it was difficult to use. The bedside table in the bedroom was falling off the wall and would not even support a phone & charger. If you know guests are using front room to sleep darkening shades would be helpful.
