The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 built in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. This unit overlooks the pool and has a small ocean view. This complex has several pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle board and putt-putt on the grounds. This unit is located on the south end of the property and a short walk to the beach access.

Location! Location! Location!
The condo is gorgeous and we absolutely LOVED having the pool literally right out our back door. It was super convenient with two small littles that had to take frequent breaks in the condo. Also, the armbands for free activities at the local arcade were GREAT, our 5 year old had a blast! The kitchen was fully stocked, and decor was perfect for a relaxing beach trip. I can definitely see us making a return visit!

The condo was beautiful.
The condo was very nice! And truly is only a one minute walk to the beach. It is located closest to Front Beach Road then the other condos in the complex. The only complaint I have is that it was not ready on time. Our contact stated “check in is posted AT 4:00pm”. When I arrived the property manager stated that I was wrong and check in was any time after four. I traveled 10 hours with a 16 month old so it was very disappointing not to have the property when we expected it with no alternate accommodations.

We needed a long getaway weekend and booked this condo as I have stayed in the same resort before. Beautifully decorated, super clean and quiet. I would love to stay here again! Perfect trip
Poorly stocked condo
We were disappointed in this condo and Counts Oaks. The condo was very poorly stocked. If you plan to stay here make sure you bring everything. We like to cook and the cooking utensils we're pitiful. For example there is one broken spatula to use. There is also not a hair dryer in the unit. I understand that is not a huge deal to some but we have never rented a condo without one so I didn't bring one. When we arrived the tile floor was covered in sand. I looked for a vacume and there is also not one of those in the unit. Only a broom and broken dust pan. We also didn't have a starter set of dishwasher detergent or soap. We spent the beginning of our trip going to Dollar General to get supplies and then cleaning. I tried to call Counts Oaks upon arrival because the first time we left the condo we couldn't get back in the gate. We couldn't get anyone to answer and left a message. Luckily the car behind us let us in the gate. We did not hear back from the person from Counts Oaks until over 24 hours later. By this time we realized the wifi password they had given us was also wrong and two of the blankets in the condo were stained, one looking like it was stained with blood. She apologized and told us "Scott" who made the welcome packets had bad hand writing and that was the problem with the wifi password. They had given us the wrong gate code comeplety. She said to leave the stained blankets aside and they would remove from the condo. She also said "Scott" would be bringing us a starter packet of soap. We never saw him.

I greatly appreciate your comments about different aspects of the unit that may need some attention. And I do apologize for any & all inconveniences you may have had during your stay. There is a certain inventory that we require for all of our units. I stopped by to check the unit shortly after your review and all inventory was accounted for, including duplicates of the majority of items on the list. You were correct about the broken spatula, unfortunately items break, become worn, get knocked about, or just walk away in the rental property business. It has been disposed of & replaced. I do apologize for the sand on the floor, there is absolutely no excuse for that, but a vacuum is not required for units that do not have carpet. And as far as the blow-dryer goes, that is an item typically supplied by hotels, not individually owned condominiums. It is a pleasure to announce that we will have all unit evaluations done within the next couple of months. This process proceeds our seasonal deep cleans & gives us the opportunity for updates, upgrades, and regular maintenance on all of our rental properties. Our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit with us. The condo is AWESOME. The decor is tasteful, inviting,and relaxing. Convenient to the beach ...just a short walk. The unit is near the front of the complex and is essentially across the street from the beach. Convenient to Pier Point shopping and other local attractions. Convenient to golf cart and scooter rental.
