Wonderful condo. Quick walk to downtown. Some short walking trails nearby. Condo very clean and well cared for. Owners are very responsive and show concern for your stay.

Absolutely perfect for our needs!

As people of very modest means, we are not used to luxury, so we absolutely LOVED the Ibbison's condo! It was beyond perfect for our needs. We loved the very quiet, yet close-to-the-action location. We vacation only in the summer (to get away from the July heat and humidity of St. Louis), and when in Colorado, we hike most every day the weather will allow, including hiking up a 14er. What a wonderful condo to return to for relaxation after our hikes.

The two bathrooms were extremely useful--this was only the 2nd time we've had two bathrooms. The kids had their own, and we had ours. What a blessing that was. The towels were thick and luxurious.

The beds were very comfortable (although for other reasons, I didn't sleep so well when there), and the leather furniture comfortable and luxurious, as well (we don't own anything in leather, so that was a real treat while watching our evening DVD's).

As we have to cook almost all of our meals while on vacation, I found the kitchen VERY WELL stocked with cookware and utensils, which made my cooking job so much easier.

And we really appreciated the on-site laundry (very handy--though it doesn't appear to be mentioned on VRBO), especially since the Breck Laundromat does not get good reviews. For us, the washers and dryers were available, worked great, and for less than $10, we washed and dried 3 loads of laundry. Also, the foyer bench/wall hooks area right when you walk in the door was very useful for storing our backpacks/hiking shoes, etc. Brian graciously allowed us to use his propane grill, as well.

He was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had while there. When we ran out of trash bags, he had someone drop more off for us the next day. When a lightbulb burned out, he told me where to find another.

We did wonder, tho, why cable TV was not available, tho it is stated on the website.

Since we got this condo at a special price in July 2018 (when the pool and hot tub were closed for repair), we likely won't be able to afford to stay here at the regular price in the future (even with a 5% discount for repeat customers). But for 2018, this condo was comfortable, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and two bathrooms. We couldn't have had a nicer home-away-from-home for our mountain vacation. And Brian was a great host, to boot. We are so grateful to have found such a beautiful place owned by such a gracious host. This will definitely be a memorable vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great. Very close to the quicksilver lift. If your looking to stay close to Peak 9 this place is perfect. Plenty of room in the condo to relax.
