Unit 1303

Primary colors – you’ll see them in every sunset…blue seas crowned by blazing red and yellow skies. The interior of this wonderful two-bedroom condo reflects those primary colors. In the living room, comfy, over-stuffed chairs complement a sleeper sofa, all arranged around a flat panel television – or the stunning Gulf of Mexico view. The only thing standing between you and infinity is the glass door leading out to the balcony. Intimate dining at a table seating four is complemented with additional dining space at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook, and for those who don’t, there’s a microwave to reheat leftovers and a fridge to store them. When it’s time to wind down, rest your head on a king sized bed in the master. There’s a king in the second bedroom and the study has been converted with a full/twin bunk bed. Including the living room sleeper sofa, this unit can sleep 8 people.

When you want to take it outside, explore our property where you’ll find an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, zero entry kiddie pool with mushroom sprays and a fitness room. Or plan a cookout around the community grills located by the beach walkover. Seawind is just a short drive from downtown Gulf Shores and a wide variety of major restaurants, night life, shopping and golf courses.

With unit 1303 you are allowed 2 parking passes. Unfortunately no more than 2 vehicles are allowed on property per the Seawind Home Owner’s Association.

DIRECTIONS:

From I-10, follow Highway 59 south where it ends at Beach Boulevard; take a left. Seawind Condominiums is 1/4 mile on the right.

Seawind Condominiums is located near the Gulf State Park Pier – the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico and only 2 blocks away from The Hangout. The Tanger Outlet Mall with over 130 stores is only a short drive away in Foley. Other nearby activities include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville, LuLu’s, Deep sea fishing, Dolphin cruises, Sunset dinner cruises, Bellingrath Gardens, The Wharf, Fort Morgan, Fort Gaines, Dauphin Island, Battleship USS Alabama, Battleship Park, Pensacola Naval Museum and IMAX theater.

We loved our stay!

My family was very impressed with this condo. We loved the location which was very close to the outlet malls, go cart tracks and Sea N Suds resturant which is practically downstairs and a one minute walk. We enjoyed every minute at this property. Owners were great tondeal with and answered all our questions promptly.

Beautiful Condo

We were very pleased with this condo! It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that we needed! The view is beautiful from the balcony! The property is very nice and well kept! The beach is beautiful! And it was very nice having the company with rentable beach chairs and umbrellas and there was a company that had recreational "toys" (i.e. kayaks, paddleboards, parasailing) right there! It is very close to the "center" of Gulf Shores making it easy to walk to a number of restaurants (Sea N Suds, Pink Pony, The Hangout are among a few) and stores (Surf Style, Alvin's Island, etc.). The only downside was the speed of the elevators. It was very difficult to get an elevator on check-in and check-out day. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone else and would definitely go back again!
