Get all the comforts of home with fantastic views!

It sleeps 6 adults comfortably in 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and one room with 2 twin beds), it also sleeps two children in the finished attic. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa downstairs if you don't want to share rooms. No more than 8 guests staying on property - only 4 guests may be under 10 years old

It's freshly carpeted, painted and just redone with a new kitchen and 1 full bathroom & 1 powder room. There is an outdoor shower for post-beach rinse-offs.

There is a fantastic deck directly on the private beach. With ample lounging and dining furniture for 8.

Updated to include wifi, netflix, gaming system and smartphone chargers.

We rent Monday - Sunday to allow a thorough housekeeping change-over for your peace of mind and comfort. But please contact us if you require dates outside of this especially in the off-season.

Even better than I expected!

My friends and I spent a fantastic five nights at the house. Everything was wonderful! Especially the sunroom, rear decks, Beach, outdoor grill, views and the neighbors. We spent very little time inside the house; mostly prepping food and beverages or sleeping. We were especially lucky with the weather, only rained twice overnight.

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place to go! The outdoor deck has plenty of shade for people watching, reading, chatting. It was so nice being outside without having to slather on sunscreen! Clean sandy beach and wonderful sand bars with minimal shells or rocks.

Be sure to read the three-ring binder on the kitchen counter. It's full of useful information. Only info missing is the location of the outdoor shower. The shower is in the little shed on the back side of the garage.

I'm looking forward to a longer visit next summer!

Our 3rd time here great location, House in need of attention.

Our first visit here was in 2014, followed by 2016 and now 2018. This location is great with a perfect beach area for kids. The deck is large with nearly half of it being covered which is perfect for getting out of the sun. With all this being said its time to get down to the house itself. I believe the carpets need a really good cleaning or should be removed completely and replaced with a hard flooring after four years of being a rental. Allergy prone individuals may have issues. The first night the shower lever was loose/broken. Lisa (Owner) quickly resolved and had a plumber out to fix it. This I believe is a common problem as the same issue was present in 2016. The 2nd floor smoke/co detector is missing with only the mounting plate being on the ceiling. This is a major safety issue and needs to be resolved ASAP. One other safety issue that I believe needs attention is the front door lock. You need a key on the interior side to lock and unlock the door. This is something that I believe was present during our others visits also. I am calling attention to it as it should be replaced seeing how this could lead to a very bad situation in case one needs to vacate the property in an emergency. I was looking at the a/c units an noticed the filter was clogged so I removed the filter and cleaned it. I went to others in the house and all were completely clogged so I cleaned the ones we were using. I don't believe these were ever cleaned in the past. The sliding door leading to the deck has completely failed and is a nightmare to open and close. It is a matter of time until the door slab falls out and possibly hurts someone. Door bottom has rotted away and glass has come down into frame .The door rollers are no longer present and door track is cutting into door. The deck step from the sand onto the deck has fallen apart and is exposing rusted fasteners that someone may step on. This may sound like I am trying to talk people out of renting this place. This is not the case. The property manager needs to do there job and review the property from time to time to address issues. Most of the above listed items are big safety issues. Once they are addressed I don't think your could find a better place along this beach. Lisa please take what I listed above not as an insult but me trying to bring attention to items that I believe your property manager should be addressing with you. Once the items above are corrected I truly believe you have the best spot to stay

Owner's Response: Thank you for your very detailed review. All your comments have been noted. I was there in July and the smoke alarm was there, with new batteries actually as I changed them. This is an old house. To make the fixes you suggest will require more investment than you may realize, which will result in higher rates moving forward.

Loved it.

We had a wonderful time. The place was great. The place looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. You really did not have to bring anything. The beach is beautiful and clean. It was very quiet and relaxing. The deck is spectacular and could not have been designed better. We cannot wait until next year.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this home, property is.. my family of 5, couldn't have been more comfortable. Lisa was incredibly accommodating! The home has lots of history, character..the beach was just GORGEOUS! We also enjoyed the company of the awesome neighbors! :) Beautiful, clean, convenient home on the beach! Already planning our next stay..

Amazing Stay - we keep coming back

This is our 3rd timing renting this home in 1 year, you can’t beat opening the slider and walking onto to the beach! The house has EVERYTHING you could need, fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/serveware/detergent/dishsoap etc), linens, a ton of beach towels. There is a small space to eat inside but we don’t mind not having a formal dining space since we do all of our eating outside. The huge covered patio is the perfect set up, you can sit for hours and hours out there comfortably. The bedrooms are kept simple and clean, which I love. The owner Lisa is so nice and responds quickly to emails. We will be asking to book again :)
