About Danny Chin
We have recently discovered the 'Art of Hospitality'. 'We never thought we would be in the hospitality industry, but absolutely love it. We enjoy meeting our new friends and doing what is necessary to make their stay a memorable one.
Danny Chin purchased this House in 2013
Why Danny Chin chose Bradenton Beach
When we first saw Anna Maria Island, we were surprised at how little it was built up and how the waters were so clear. It truly is 'Old Florida'. It rivals many Caribbean destinations and is in our backyard. No passports required! This hale (home) caught our attention because Suite 1 was an original beach bungalow built in 1924. Since then additions have been added that have really utilized it's proximity to the beach.
What makes this House unique
Our hale (pronounced Ha-lay) has a third floor rooftop deck that gives guest a unparalleled view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The memories of sunsets will carry you through the dark cold winters of up north. The homes interior have been designed by us and all the renovation work was done by Dan, Dan truly loves envisioning how the house should look and have it come together. Because we live nearby and are hands on, any issues or request are handled immediately. The suites were designed with what we felt would bring the most enjoyment for our guest. All of the suites have been fully refurbished with Italian Travetine tile in the kitchen and bathroom and bamboo laminate flooring elsewhere. Beachside is centrally located in Bradenton Beach. The historic Bridge Street is a block away and top restaurants and activities are all just a short walk away. Walk, take the free trolley or drive, it's your choice.

Great location! 1 min walk to beach.
Nice hosts. Had a few issues with internet not working and needed more beach towels. He handled these issues immediately.
Great price and 1 min walk to the beach. Great roof top. Plenty of space for my family. We we're in town to pack up our daughter from New College of Florida.
Loved that there were 2 bathrooms. Loved that everything was in walking distance. Loved the free trolley that ran the length of the island.
Beach chairs, beach toys provided.
We will be back!
Con: I'd make sure the comforters are washed or replaced. Had stains on the twin bed room. Cleaning supplies on hand which are handy for longer stays. Bathrooms were clean. Door frames need to be wiped down in bathroom. But that is with cleaning staff not owner. He was super sweet and attentive.
We loved our trip to Anna Maria, especially loved your wonderful vacation home! Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were such a nice feature :)
Owner very helpful and condo very nice
The property was well maintained and comfy and inviting. Right across the street from the beach, which was a great beach - beautiful water and sand (what else do you need?!). Had a small issue and the owner came over in 10 minutes and fixed it, was super nice and helpful. Also I had a few questions here and there before we checked in and the owners got back right away and were very accommodating.
The area itself is fine, a choice of okay places to eat and such, not exactly upscale but laid back and friendly. Nice, affordable beach getaway.
Fun in the sun on Bradenton Beach
Great location with a short block walk to the beach. Unit is tastefully updated with beautiful kitchen. Plenty of parking adjacent to the unit. Check-in and check-out is very easy using a coded lock. Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys are included in the unit. We think Bradenton Beach is one of the best along the gulf.
Property was clean and well-maintained, location to beach was accurate
We had a great time at the property - beach was within 150 feet, and the rooftop view was excellent. Danny was responsive when we had a question or an issue.
The deck tables and grill were nice to use for eating outdoors.
We returned to snow in Minnesota! - white ground, lower temp.
Lovely place to stay with nice upgrades! Great location! You can walk to the beach and restaurants.
Great location! It has everything you need. The owners are great!
Definitely come here for the sunsets, but plan to stay for the
sunrises, too. Anna Maria Island—a wisp of a seven-mile island
along Florida's West Coast—is a place that revels in the end of day. As the sun slips spectacularly past the horizon, bongs clang, music plays, cameras click, and viewers try to guess the exact time of daylight's finale. Yes, it's a nightly celebration not to be missed, but come morning, you still will find plenty to do until the evening ritual starts again.
Anna Maria Island still retains the 'Old Florida' feel that makes this a great place to bring your family. No huge condos or resorts helps keep the beaches uncrowded.
Don't want to drive after you arrive, no problem, we have a free trolley that runs the length of the island.
Eateries abound from inexpensive cheap eats to a top rated Zagat's restaurant. You can relax on the beach while sipping your favorite sunset libations while listening to live music at one of the beach side eateries.
A favorite activity is the Ice Cream Crawl where you hit all the ice cream shops on the island. (Think Duval St Bar Crawl in Key West but the kids can participate in this one.
Love nature? Aside from seeing dolphins swimming in the Gulf and a multitude of sea birds, Robinson's Preserve (Free Admission) nearby offers 4 miles of hiking and biking trails, a 5-story observation tower that offers a panoramic view of the area and kayaking through lush mangroves.
