Great place for a great price

  • 5 of 5

My experience was the owner was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The condo was very quite and clean. The patio was great. We were able to enjoy the evening on the patio. We didn't have any issues. You will need transportation to get to the strip. But that was no issue for us because we knew that going in. There are a lot of shops across the street and it's very convenient. We only had to cross the street to get food which made the location very convenient. I would recommend if you are going to walk go to the light and use the cross walk. Great place for a great price.

Private Patio is so Pleasant

  • 4 of 5

We had a lovely stay, and appreciate Ann's quick response to text messages, emails, and calls. We loved the private outdoor patio, and when we weren't enjoying Las Vegas attractions and shows, this was our favorite place to relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. We were close to shopping, across the street. Las Vegas resorts/shows were 10 or 15 minutes by car. The two twin beds were a surprise... I'm sure it works well for many visitors. We pushed them together, but it would be good to have something to tie the frames together temporarily. All in all, we enjoyed our stay... very memorable in a good way!

Cosy Getaway

  • 3 of 5

My wife and I stayed at this location for 4 nights, finding it to be comfortable and roomy. Being Seniors, we found the nearby supermarket and bus stop to be very convenient. Would be very happy to stay again.

So cozy and cute!

  • 5 of 5

My friend and I stayed at this location for 2 weeks and we didn't know what to expect since all the reviews from before were so mixed but it's actually clean, cozy and very comfortable. The private patio was so nice to sit on and have breakfast or lunch and the couches are too comfortable for me! I fell asleep on them too many times.

This stay is in a more residential area but with that being said anything you could possible need is a walking distance away LITERALLY across the street, grocery, dollar store, fast food, gas station, nail shop!

Maybe it's because I'm from a real city, (Chicago), but no one is this area to be considered "ghetto". The neighborhood is quiet and no one seem to care or seem to want to bother with us (two young girls) for the 2 weeks we were there. And we walked to the gas station and grocery store often. We felt safe.

Ann is a great landlord. We had a situation with the bathroom sink. I contacted Ann and within 5 minutes of my reach out, she text back immediately and told me she could send a plumber over ASAP. We were planning to go out that night and she rescheduled him to come in the morning/afternoon to work better with our schedule. This was a small thing but to us, it showed she really cared about her guest. We appreciate her and this cute little place.

It was perfect for two and now I plan to rely on Ann and this location for my future visits! She also informed me that she officially has Wi-Fi and Netflix now!

Better than you expect!

  • 5 of 5

My friend and I stayed here for 2 weeks and we weren't sure what to expect since the reviews from before didn't give much detail but it's actually really cozy and clean. The neighborhood is a little more residential but there's everything you need literally across the street. Grocery, dollar store, nails, fast food, gas station.. anything you could possible think of, it's walking distance from the front door.

Maybe after the first week there was some issue with the bathroom sink, I texted Ann and she responded within 5 mins of my text and sent a plumber over within the next 2 hours. He was so kind and quick and he kept apologizing for being in our way (when he really wasn't at all). This small situation was clear that this landlord was very attentive and cared about her temporary renters.

We loved this spot! I keep in touch to make sure this will be my first choice of stay whenever I plan to come back for work. She is currently so quickly booked out that I semi-plan my visits with her calendar.

This place now has wi-fi and netflix!!

Car: recommended

I have been pleasantly surprised since I moved to Las Vegas by the beauty and variety of its surroundings. There are not just arts and entertaining indoors but the choice of outdoors activities are breathtaking. My favorite visit at ten minutes drive from this location starts with Spring Preserve where Vegas came to life with the discovery of first water well, nowadays beautified with thousands of desert plants, the award winning 'Desert House 'project by UNLV team. Next, at 20 minutes drive is a half day hiking / horse riding at Red Rocks canyon or Spring Mountain ranch which also hosts open air theater in the summer. And for a day trip, at about 45 minutes from here, I would go to kayaking/boating on Colorado river or drive 2 hours to St George to see the fossils of the biggest dinosaur ever.... Sometimes, I take a week-end off and drive 3 hours to Zion Park in Utah or Grand Canyon. In my view, a trip to Vegas that includes indoors and outdoors activities would require more than a week-end to relax and see what it's all about :)
