Back yard fully fenced in for privacy when you grill out.Two bedroom One Bathroom, Nice yard so bring your boat. Inside very Clean and just Remodeled. Captain Anderson s Marina, Fishing trips, Shell island cruises, jet ski rentals all within walking distance. Capt Andersons,, Billy's Oyster Bar, J Michaels all very close by and a lot more. St Andrews State Park with in 2 miles. Perfect if you want to bring your boat for fishing. North lagoon with Walking Distance.

I know when I travel I want a clean, inexpensive place to stay. I will pay extra for the clean part of my stay, but the reality is my family is not staying in the Hotel the whole time. We are actually out playing so much i would rather save a few dollars on a place to sleep and spend more on my activities I want to do with my family

Second time staying here and we'll definitely be back!

We really love this rental. This is our second time staying here this year. It's clean, the beds are comfy, fenced yard, and close to restaurants. I love jogging to the marina in the morning. The owner is really great to work with. We plan to stay here again and again. Very reasonable price also.

Fantastic Duplex

Clean, convenient, quiet duplex with plenty of room outside for dog life! Chuck is THE BEST!!! We couldn't have found a better place for our trip. I didn't want to give this such a high rating because it will be all booked up the next time we want to visit - and we WILL be back.

Walking distance to everything.

Chuck the landlord was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The townhouse was perfect for us. My only recommendation is for Chuck to get a blow dyer and an iron.

Perfect, quiet, clean, & budget friendly !

we enjoyed our week long stay, it was clean, quiet, and a quick drive to everything. The only things that would've made the stay any better is a washer & dryer & a more stocked kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place & would stay here again!

Clean, great backyard, and in a good location by Restaurants and the Marina

This is an older duplex but it is in clean livable condition and we were willing to pay more because we wanted to bring our dogs. The backyard is fenced with a privacy fence and wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom was functioning and very clean but, again, its older and outdated. The owner, Chuck, was very easy to work with and very responsive. The hot water heater went out and he had it fixed immediately. BTW the bed in the master was so comfy!!! I loved it. The rental was walking distance to a few great restaurants (Andy's Flour Power and Pier 77). I took my dogs on morning jogs to the marina. It was tiled and dirt/sand builds up quickly on floors. The only suggestion I would make is to put down some rugs and a vacuum in the closet. I have no complaints about this rental and it was priced well for the location and condition. I would not hesitate to rent it again and I recommend this rental.
