Would you like to enjoy the sunrise out of the Gulf of Mexico along with your morning coffee from our beautiful back deck? This unit boasts the best views in the Sea Dancer condominiums! You can see the surf out the kitchen window!

Just around the corner from Beach Access #11, guests rave about the openness and light in this newly updated condo with 15' vaulted ceilings in the living room. The beautiful and private pool offers you a respite from the hot sand if you so choose. There is assigned parking off the street for two vehicles in tandem. The Sea Dancer Condominiums are well maintained and beautifully landscaped with some of the island's most beautiful palm trees, and is within close walking proximity to shops, restaurants, and the the Island's entertainment district. The many amenities include cable TV, complimentary WiFi and wireless printer, a washer and dryer and a fully updated kitchen with new appliances. This rental unit comfortably accommodates up to six people. The Gulf Suite has a queen bed, full bath and walk in closet. The Laguna Suite features 2 queen beds, vanity/dressing area, 3/4 bath and walk in closet. You will be welcomed by our guest services representatives who will ensure you are delighted with your stay from the time you arrive to the time you leave. We offer a 15% discount for Military families.

For short term rentals we are required to collect taxes for the State of Texas (6%) and municipality of South Padre Island (8% Hotel tax, 2% Venue Tax). This property is listed with the City of South Padre Island, Permit #2016-500895.

Anne and Peter blend careers as professionals in technology and music. When they have time, they love to come to SPI to take a break and escape the icy northern winters.

We love the open design of this condo, and the vaulted ceilings accent the spacious and private feel on Sea Dancer. The condominium is small and the owners and guests are friendly. We love the fact that you can step out onto the deck and enjoy the beautiful sea breeze, and enjoy the ocean view and lush foliage in the neighborhood. We love the tropical temperatures and uniqueness of the Lower Rio Grande Valley. We look forward to sharing it with family, friends and you!

What makes this condo unique

Having a beautiful walkout deck helps expand the space so that even with 6 guests you are never on top of each other. The separate suites within the unit enhance the felling of privacy. We have upgraded nearly everything possible in the condo, but look forward to making our vacation home utterly perfect for you!

Best vacation ever!

We love South Padre Island, small, lots to do and everyone is very friendly. We had stayed in this complex before and it is well maintained and quiet. Amazing that one can see the ocean from this particular unit from the kitchen window and also the balcony even though a half block to the beach entrance. Good for checking on conditions! The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo so kids or another couple can feel like they truly have their own space. Desk in one bedroom as well as in the closet for that bedroom if one has to work! Wonderfully equipped with all you could possibly need including beach towels, beach gear, kitchen utensils, spices, and odds and ends one needs if actually living somewhere (my glasses broke and there was scotch tape and glue available!) Only about 5 blocks to the grocery store, one or two blocks to some restaurants. Initial problem with intermittent Internet connectivity quickly resolved by information from the apartment manager. Any questions about anything were responded to quickly by either the friendly owner or manager. Spacious, attractive, and comfortable, great location! We had our best vacation ever and look forward to returning.

Our Second stay, Same Great Experience

This was our second stay in the apartment. It was pleasant to find that the apartment was still the same I remembered it.

The apartment is part of a small complex (only 12 apartments) that is very well maintained. The swimming pool, the landscape, the garbage pickup, everything is kept in a good condition and operates.

The apartment is nice, clean, stylish and offers everything you might need: plenty of good condition towels, many utensils for your cooking needs, good condition Cuisine Art cookware. And very good high speed internet and wi-fi connection. For my husband, the internet connection was critical and the signal was even better than the one we had home.

I greatly appreciate the level of professionalism of the owner. Every last detail was thought out and provided to us in advance by email or text.

I recommend this place to anyone wishing to have a relaxing vacation.

Beautifully Decorated Condo!

We wanted a place that was away from the crowds that offered a more quiet stay. This place provided exactly that. The Condo was very clean and decorated very nicely. It was spacious, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We had the pool to ourselves in the evenings. The beach was a few steps away and the water was especially beautiful and the beach was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a restaurant within walking distance right down the street with good food, good beer and great prices!

Both the owners and the manager were easy to talk to. The manager went above and beyond to keep us informed on our arrival and departure.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

The condo is very spacious and clean. It is fully stocked and well maintained. It is a jump and skip away from the beach. The owner is super friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful vacation - awesome condo!!

This was our family's first visit to SPI and we had a blast! This condo was the icing on the cake - it exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location on the island, very easy access to the beach (across the street), super spacious, exceptionally clean, fully stocked kitchen had all the supplies we needed, plus more! Extremely comfortable beds and high quality linens and towels plus they even had a beach cart full of chairs, boogie boards and more! The owners and property manager were wonderful and easily accessible. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to come back again!

For the last 8 years in a home we built in Springdale, AR

Very clean, beautifully decorated, excellent location to everything.

This was our first visit to South Padre, which we loved, but Sea Dancer made the trip even greater. My wife and I have visited all 50 states, stayed in many condos and we rate this condo with the very best. Very clean, furniture comfortable and decorations were perfect for SPI. We felt very much at home in this beautiful condo. Thanks for sharing with us.
