Our spacious 1466 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo at the Waikoloa Colony Villas is located within the lovely Waikoloa Beach Resort, on the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our beautifully designed and redecorated home offers peace and privacy in a beautiful, tropical setting within this private gated complex on 22 manicured acres.
You will find our villa to be comfortable and quiet on the golf course with views of the swaying palm trees and volcanoes in the distance. Our villa is a two story unit recently renovated with new tile, kitchen and paint; you need not worry about people above or below you. With two private Lanai you can be assured of a shady retreat any time of the day. Ceiling fans adorn every room giving you the option of utilizing the amazing cooling powers of the trade winds. We have tried to anticipate everything that you will need to have a relaxing and fun vacation with the comforts of home. The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, features new granite counter tops and new Whirlpool stainless French door refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher, and has everything you need to create a wonderful meal. We have large screen HDTVs and DVD players in the living area and both bedrooms, and movies for your enjoyment. We provide FREE INTERNET service so you can stay connected, as well as FREE LONG DISTANCE to the US and Canada. We have novels, cards, and travel books in the large oriental hutch in the living room. We have coolers, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and beach toys for your beach enjoyment and one of the complex pools is just steps away. There is also a reserved parking place so you are guaranteed a spot.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is one of the most popular vacation destinations on the Big Island of Hawaii. It's only a short distance from the Waikoloa Colony Villas to the Kings' Shops and the Queen's Marketplace, where you'll find restaurants, shops, galleries, and also hula and live Hawaiian music. A few of the restaurants located nearby are Roy’s Waikoloa Bar & Grille, Sansei Seafood and Sushi Bar and Romano’s Macaroni Grill. There is also a food court for a quick bite, the Island Market where you can stock up and a Starbucks for coffee!
Beautiful A'Bay (Anaehoomalu Bay) is only a short distance away. They have everything you need for a great time including beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, hydro bikes, boating adventures, even sea turtles! Many other world-class beaches are nearby on the Kohala Coast; as well as interesting petroglyph trails...exploring is part of the fun. Guide books and maps are provided. Maybe just relax by one of the two on-site pools and soak up the sun on a fluffy beach towel provided for your personal use. The pool just adjacent to our building has an 18' deep toddlers' area and the other pool has a spa and waterfall. Also located at the pool is a BBQ area. If you are feeling up to it, there is a fitness center and tennis court within the complex.

Best Vacation Rental Ever - A Home Away From Home
There was absolutely nothing we needed in a 2 week stay that was not provided in this lovely home. Very clean, quiet, lots of space and every amenity. This is the vacation home you wish you owned. The landlords were easy to reach by phone or email and even phoned to check that you arrived safely and sent a lovely thank you email at the end. It was such a pleasure. We would definitely recommend it to anybody and would return on our next visit. Thank you again, Gordon and Denise!
Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect for two couples. Beautifully updated with comfortable high quality furnishings and very well equipped and organized. Perfect location within the complex. Very quiet and peaceful area. Owners were a joy to work with. You can tell they love their condo. We will definitely be back and do not hesitate to highly recommend it to others.
We loved everything about this house. Here is what pops into mind right away. 1) Location - one of the best within the community - it felt quite private, but was also just across from the pool - and also easy access to beaches/amenities a bit further out. 2) I loved watching both sunrise (peaking over a volcano) and sunset (across the golf course, over the palm trees) from the upstairs lanai. 3) It's obvious the owners spend time there, because the condo is so well cared for, everything is high-quality, and it has everything you could possibly need for a vacation. But it also didn't feel like we were intruding on someone's home. It was the perfect balance. 4) It was great for me as an adult, but also for my family. My toddler could chose to sleep in a crib, pack n play, twin bed, or a king bed; there were child locks on all the appliances; plenty of beach toys for the week; and more.

Perfect! Couldn't ask for more!
This is the perfect place to stay! It's very close to the beach and multiple resorts. We would park at the public beach parking near fairmont orchid and beach there. Or, we walked to Hilton and greatly enjoyed their dinner spots and spa. Be sure to check out the Waipio valley lookout and pololu valley lookout and Akaka falls. The volcano and green sand beach are great too! I thank the zerons- the condo was perfect and spacious and clean and well kept. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
