3 bd 3 1/2 bth beachfront condo. 6th floor corner unit-sleeps 9-excellent shape!
Summer 2017 will be our condo's 4th summer on the rental market. We enjoyed it as our home-away-from-home for 10 years before we decided to open it up to rentals. Our condo is on the 6th floor of Bristol (Bristol 601)- a corner unit providing great views! We have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, plus a comfy sofa-sleeper in the den. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a chair that converts to a twin bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen sized bed. The 3rd bedroom offers a trundle bed that converts to 2 twin beds or a king bed. * ALL of the bedrooms have a private full bathroom! There is a 1/2 bath in the foyer for guests or as an extra bath. Our condo sleeps 9 and also has seating in the dining area for 9. The dining table seats 6 and we have 3 bar stools. Each building at The Beach Club has its own pool and hot tub as well as direct access to the beach on a newly- renovated pier. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances as well as numerous utensils and cooking necessities. There is a washer and dryer in the condo so doing laundry is very easy! The Beach Club offers daily and weekly access to their club house, indoor and outdoor pools, game room and fitness center for a fee. Please see the front desk associate at The Beach Club club house for more info on pricing and hour (there's also a price list in our condo). The club house also offers a restaurant and spa which do not require a membership fee. Simply speak to someone at the spa for an appointment or a reservation specialist for the restaurant. We put together a binder with lots of information about the Ft. Morgan/Gulf Shores area. Once you check in, I recommend taking a few minutes to review the information on medical facilities, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movie theaters, etc. We hope you choose "Five Palms"!!

About the owner: Tom and I have enjoyed 13 wonderful years at our condo with our family which includes 5 grandchildren (hence the name 'Five Palms')! We are from Mandeville, Louisiana and grew up in New Orleans. 2017 will be our 4th summer on the rental market. The condo was our second home for years so we take pride in keeping it in tip top shape! Kathy & Tom

The family atmosphere and amenities at The Beach Club were a big reason we chose to make this our second home. We love the white, powdery sand beaches and Gulf breezes! It's such a change from our weather at home...it always takes our worries away!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
'Five Palms' has plenty of living space for our family. We have enjoyed playing card games in the dining area, dining on the balcony, watching movies while we rested from the beach. Having 3 1/2 baths was such a help with a large group. The children have enjoyed riding the tram that takes you from the club house to The Village for ice cream at The Creamery. It's a short walk, but the tram makes it fun!
