Lovely cabin after a day in the snow

  • 5 of 5

The cabin we stayed in, Skyway I believe it was called, was lovely. Great view of evergreens out the back slider, nice bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the bridge after a day of skiing/boarding at SkiBowl, especially listening to the sounds of the creek underneath and the rain on the roof.

Hiking get-away!

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful location for us Olympia folks wanting a simple get away to relax and do some hiking. Couldn't have found a better place. Was a hot period weather wise and the unit was air-conditioned!! Unit was very clean and the area was quiet. Will definitely plan to stay here again!!

I stayed in the Sandy River Cabin and it was perfect. Exactly what I needed for my solo weekend escape.

Cute, but not well kept.

  • 2 of 5

We liked the overall environment, but it was not very clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the two extra blankets were crumpled up in a ball in the closet. The extra bedding in the closet was in a ball and not folded so it didn't seem like it had been cleaned. The heating was also not very strong and took a while to heat up the cabin. I think the price should be lower on this accommodation if these are the standards that are followed. The hot tub was nice.

Owner's Response: We apologize for your concerns. This is not how units are suppose to be at our property. A definite over-site problem on a busy weekend. These issues will be discussed with the housekeeper who cleans our units.
