Great lil house in terrific neighborhood
We had a really nice stay and recommend both the house and neighborhood wholeheartedly.
The house was clean, well supplied and is divided perfectly. Portland was welcoming, beautiful, full of imposing nature... we hope to go back.
Additionally Gayle was very helpful when our flight was delayed and we had to stay an extra day.

Great place in an excellent location
The location of this unit is perfect for walking around the Alphabet District (just a few blocks to 23rd Street), and is right on the streetcar line. This makes for easy transportation, but does mean that you get a little rumbling when the streetcar goes by. It didn't bother our family at all, but is a good thing to be aware of. The unit is very private (we were there in the winter, and didn't open the blinds at all), and the single car garage is a huge bonus. Nice kitchen, very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The living room has a lazy boy chair and a couch that flattens into a bed (different from the pictures). Fireplace, TV, and DVD player make it cozy. I'd recommend Dick's for delicious burgers and shakes, and Ken's Bakery for pastries (expect a line!).
Fantastic location with off street parking
This is an efficient condo in a perfect location for walking Nob Hill, the Pearl District, to Powell Books and downtown -- it is on the streetcar line too. Our group of friends will likely will stay here again. We used the folding sofa bed which wasn't comfortable, and would try the inflatable bed for a 3rd bed next time. Property manager very responsive. Gas fireplace repair in progress. Tight attached single car garage is fantastic alternative to street parking in a wonderful dense neighborhood. Ammenities could use some attention from the owner, but highly recommend this place for location and convenience. Clean and efficient. Overall, we were comfy and happy here.
Great Nob Hill Unit!
We had a fantastic stay at this unit. Everything was as described; the unit was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen suited our needs to cook a few meals ourselves. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious for three adults and our four-legged travel companions were very excited to get to tag along. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and parks. The only note is that the available street parking for a second car requires payment every four hours, so if you're in town to explore on foot or via transit, only bring one car that can be stashed in the garage while out and about.

Great condo in a great location!
This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Portland. We were able to walk to many great breweries and restaurants, and uber’d to a couple that were further away. The area is loaded with character; met lots of nice people. Portland seems to have lots of homeless, but even they were very polite. The condo has a garage which meant we could park the car and leave it. Condo is well equipped, including TP, shower products, dishwasher soap and more. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfy, which we appreciated after having stayed in some other places with horrible beds. The host Gayle was away, but we were contacted by someone else, Cindy, just prior to our arrival, and she made sure all was well and ensured we knew how to contact her if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Definitely recommend - we will stay here again on our next trip. The only issue we had was that the heat was set very high when we arrived, so it was really warm when we arrived. But that was easily resolved by turning down the thermostat:-). Two thumbs up!
Quiet building great location..

Our Townhouse is less than 5 blocks from the Pearl District and 1 block from NW 21st and 23rd Streets. There is also a private parking garage directly attached to the condo. You can walk or take Portland's excellent public transportation during your visit to Portland.
