Due to the protected historical designation of the home, per guests limits apply as this home was once owned by and still includes decor by the Warner Family. Original paintings by the multi-talented football coach and artist, 'Pop' Warner hang in the home he lived in while his brother Fred “Judge” Warner (so named as he was the first Judge in San Clemente). To the locals, this home is an institution and just a 7 iron or so from the beach and pier (9 iron if you golf as well as Pop).

This estate has spacious front, rear, and side patios for outdoor entertainment with an outdoor fireplace, shower and kitchen. Authentic Saltillo Tile floors sprawl across both the interior and exterior living spaces. The over-sized Master bedroom has two outdoor decks to enjoy the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Three master suites all with bath and king beds with the most luxurious of bedding in down provide space and privacy for all the guests. Stunning Spanish Home - Classic So Cal

We could not have been more happier with the inside or out, plus the price was easy on the wallet. We loved the courtyard and short walk to the pier. The views were simply beyond incredible. Jenny was great and the home had everything we needed and more. We have rented through VRBO for a couple years now and this home is right at the top. We will definitely return.

Beautiful property!!!

The house is amazing and the views are spectacular. We had a greet time with our family there! Was bummed because the BBQ didn't work and the first night we were there the breaker controlling the garage and hot tub went out so we had to manually close the garage and couldn't use the hot tub until he last day during the day.

Terrible odor

Spent 8 nights over Thanksgiving. When we walked in, we were hit with Glade floral scent which told us something was wrong. When we inspected the bathrooms, we found noxious odors in two of them. At first we weren't sure if it was must or mildew, but decided it had to be sewage. When we contacted Jenny, the owner, she seemed familiar with the problem and wrote, "It must be a main line backup." When she sent someone the next day, he confirmed that it was a backup and a sewage spill under the house. As our guests were arriving for Thanksgiving, he was pumping smelly water into the street. After he finished, the bathroom odor continued until we purchased vinegar and poured it down all tubs/showers.

After three days of the inconvenience, the smell and allergic reactions from the odor cover up as well as the sewage, and wondering if we'd even be able to have guests for Thanksgiving, we requested some compensation, which the owner refused. This is very poor customer service.

Unfortunately, because it was Thanksgiving this did put a damper on what we hoped would be a special holiday.

Although this property does have some very special features, there are remaining defects: One bedroom closet can not be used because a sofa is blocking the door. Second bedroom closet is extremely musty--also unusable. As noted in other reviews, some windows are inoperable and some screens are ripped. Second downstairs bedroom has a strong musty/old-house smell. (Owner is evidently aware and provides ozone air purifiers, which unfortunately do not solve the problem.)

We are so disappointed that we've had to write this review, but since it's an expensive rental we wish someone had informed us.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This house was beautiful! I loved my stay here. I rented this property for the weekend of my wedding. It was the perfect space for my girlfriends and I to get ready in for the wedding and it was perfect for my husband and I to relax in after. I wish I had longer in this beautiful home. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future, hopefully with our family.

Loved it!

This is such a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Quick walk to the beach but when we wanted to hang out at the house we enjoyed all the different areas to sit outside and enjoy the view. Kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook a feast and overall the house accommodated all of our needs. We will stay again!! Thank you for the reasonable price. Can't wait until we return!
