This charming cottage is located in the town of Innisfil right on the waterfront of beautiful Lake Simcoe. It is a perfect place for sitting on the back porch and soaking up sunshine or taking a dip right off the dock in the lake. Situated on a quiet, dead end street, this is a great place to escape. The neighbours are very friendly, but large trees on the property provide a secluded atmosphere.
The open concept living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen create a space that comfortably fits six people.
If you feel like taking a trip into the city, Toronto is only 40 minutes away. Downtown Barrie, only a ten minute drive away, has a great marina, restaurants, and shops. Though the cottage is close to anything you might need or want, you probably won't want to spend too much time away from the property and beautiful lake.

Growing up on Lake Simcoe, I wanted to share the area's beautiful atmosphere to anyone who has the chance to.
Jeff purchased this Cottage in 2013
Why Jeff chose Innisfil
The water is BEAUTIFUL! You'll want to be outside all of the time, whether you're sitting on the deck barbecuing or lounging on the dock dipping your toes into the water.

Loved it and can't wait to return!
Stayed for a week with my family and couldn't have been happier! The location was perfect, the cottage was quaint and reminiscent of a cottage I stayed as a child. I like to walk so I enjoyed the street and quiet trails. It rained one evening so we hopped in the car and went to see a movie at the big cinema 10 minutes away. I went grocery shopping once during the week and it was a 10 min drive. I can't wait to return for another week next summer!
