This is, by far, one of the nicest complexes in Orange Beach. We love the amenities, the view and the location, and believe you will too.
Nicely decorated and quite comfortable. Great view. Will definitely return.
The weather was lousy but the condo was absolutely beautiful. My daughters, granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the condo had. Great choice for us.
As mentioned in the other reviews, the condo is very nice. It's huge and very nicely decorated. The grandkids loved the lazy river, the water slide, and the beach, of course.
Information about all extra fees (parking passes, booking fees, etc.) should be included in the cost estimate provided by BEFORE you make a reservation. The first mention of parking pass fees was in the confirmation packet ($20 per pass). It ended up being 27.50 per pass - the condo association had raised the rates, but Liquid Life/VRBO may not have been informed of the increase.
To use the fitness room/hot tub/sauna you have to get a key at the front desk and leave something as collateral (Driver's license, watch, phone, etc.). Facilities were nice, but no one was using them on a Thursday night in late September. There are also hot tubs by the indoor pool so you don't have to use the ones in the fitness center to get a soak.
If we stayed again, it would be for the amenities for the kids. The condo itself was bigger than we needed for 4 adults and 3 little kids. It would also be great for families with older kids and teenagers. The master is separated from the other rooms.
The condo is beautiful. We loved the condo itself. The property was nice too - we really enjoyed the lazy river. However, there are only 6 elevators for the entire property. 6 elevators for 32 floors and a jam packed complex in the middle of the summer! There were times we waited 15 minutes to get on an elevator. When you stay on the 20th floor taking the stairs with children and beach equipment is not an option. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for elevators. We won't stay at this property again for this reason.
Accommodations were nice with beautiful furnishings, etc. The room just wasn't as clean as I would expect (huge dust bunnies on the floor, rings in tubs, dishes in cabinets with ketchup, etc.). I was dissatisfied in having to purchase parking passes in addition to the already pricey lodging. We were also locked out of the unit's key code entry. The front desk blamed the realty company we rented through, and the rental company blamed the developer's cheap lock systems. Overall a nice place, but with the huge building the pool and small stretch of beach doesn't comfortably accommodate the high volume of people.
First time in Orange Beach. We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The condo was awesome. When we walked in the door we were extremely pleased. The pictures do not do it justice. Had everything we needed - 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/whirlpool tub/large walk-in shower/internet access/TV in each bedroom/full kitchen. View from balcony was beautiful. Facilities with hot tubs, sauna, lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, private access to the beach. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.
