One bedroom loft condo

As of this date (June 2016), this condo has undergone a $40,000 renovation. New everything: Tile floors, cabinets, emperorador Italian marble countertops with a "leather" finish, new spacious shower and vanity, plus a luxurious king size bed. It is a spacious 800 square foot one bedroom complete with shower, king size bed, wifi, Directv with premium channels, and a 60 inch high definition flat screen smart TV--Netflix. A full size washer and dryer are also included. It will be as comfortable as your home away from home.

Ideal for the person who does not want to rent a car. Trax is available from the airport--a short 15 minute ride--and will let you off one block away. You will find yourself a short block and a half from the Salt Palace Convention Center and within walking distance of many restaurants, movie theaters and tourist attractions.

A dozen world class ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Or go to the 2002 Olympic training site and try your hand at bobsledding or even a skeleton run.

The most comprehensive genealogical resources are blocks away. Or enjoy a concert or Jazz game at Energy Solutions Arena--one block from the condo. Or take in a game at the University of Utah and not even worry about parking--Trax will take you right to the stadium.

This is great for the weekend business stay or a longer vacation. You will not find a better downtown location.

Great central location with easy drive to the ski resorts

The property was as depicted in the pictures. Clean neat and quiet.

Everything was very good with the exception of the absence of any instructions for the unit. No information on where to empty trash or what to do with bedding, etc. We could not get the apple t.v. to work; instructions on how your t.v. system worked may have been helpful. We would stay in this unit again.

Warehouse District Condo

I hope to rent this condo again sometime. The location was good for my needs. The condo was clean and well equipped, including TV options and a washer and dryer. I felt very safe because it was gated and required special access codes etc to enter the building.
