The Upper Level Suite is completely private from the Garden Level Suite, each with private entrances at opposite ends of the property, separated by hedges. Each suite has their own large private yard and deck with no shared areas whatsoever.

My wife and I are both Chartered Professional Accountants who love real-estate investing. This property has been rented out as Executive Rentals mainly to Corporate Executives for a number of years. In 2010, the property was also rented out for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. We enjoyed hosting many international people and have decided to also move into the Vacation Rental Business as well as our Executive Rentals

Great Location and Wonderful Owner

This house is very convenient to downtown, Stanley Park, Grousse Mountain, and the ferry to Vancouver Island. It is located in West Vancouver which has fantastic shopping and fabulous restaurants. The owner Dan is a extremely nice man and very accommodating. He has lived in Vancouver is entire life and can give you great information on sights to see and places to eat. The home is very well stocked with all you need for your stay. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home from Dan.

Business Trip

This was my first trip to Vancouver Canada. It was a business trip along with two colleges. We stayed at Daniel's place. It was a great place that brings the outdoors in, with all the many glass doors, windows and huge skylight ceilings. Very comfortable for all types of stays. Daniel is very prompt and attentive to your needs and concerns. Whenever I return to Vancouver I look forward to staying there again.

Exceptional house; great location

Our party of six from California, including three young children, stayed at this exceptional Vancouver house and were thrilled with every aspect of this property. It's spacious, beautiful and perfectly situated for many of the prime sightseeing spots this beautiful city has to offer, including Capiilano Park/Bridge, Stanley Park, and ferries to Bowen Island, downtown Vancouver, etc. The house itself is lovely and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen is huge, which made cooking on vacation an actual pleasure. There were multiple dining options (a lovely table on the expansive deck), two dining tables inside the house, nice garden/creek views and large rooms/comfy beds. We absolutely loved our stay at the house and hope to return again soon to see more of this wonderful city. As many of the other reviews have pointed out, the added bonus to this wonderful property is the gracious host, Dan Ko, who went that extra mile to ensure we had a good time in his beautiful city. We visited Vancouver when the smoke from the fires left a haze over the city and he gave us daily travel tips that helped us maximize our time during our short stay. He really cares about his guests having a good time. We plan to return to Vancouver again soon to stay longer and see more and hope to stay at Dan Ko's house again! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great place!

Lovely place to stay. The place has everything you will need including coffee for the Keurig!

Dan was available to answer any questions, give directions, and recommend places to see. The location is great as it is close to the coast, the city, shopping etc. We stayed in the upper level and it was very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Vancouver area.

Fantastic stay in Vancouver

We stayed 8 days in this beautiful West Vancouver home. Owner Dan was fantastic and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the gourmet kitchen and ate all of our meals on the outdoor deck overlooking the forest. Our grandsons were completely enamoured with the creek below the house and spent hours exploring the area. The location was excellent as it was so close to Lions Gate Bridge and a five minute drive from Park Royal Shopping Mall. There was a park just around the corner and it was a great neighborhood to go for walks. We would definitely recommend this home.

Brilliant Location and Excellent Host

we have just returned from a 10 day stay at dans property and cant fault it at all.

House was perfect for size for 5 adults and an infant and dan even supplied us with a cot which was more than helpful.

the location of the house is just perfect for downtown and whistler/grouse mountain.

supplied with all the essentials you need and park royal a 2 minute drive down the road.

thank you so much for renting your house to us, we all had an amazing time in Vancouver.
