This newly renovated condo has spacious 2 bedrooms, an office/den, 2 bathrooms and a fully enclosed lanai that has lake views. Oversized tile flooring and granite surface sets this condo apart. It offers a layout with wide open floor plan, plenty of storage and high end finishes. Play tennis or relax by the pool just steps from your door.

Prepare dinner in the fully equipped remodeled kitchen, or hop in the car for a quick 10 minute ride to gorgeous downtown Naples for a full range of dining options. Enjoy the pool or tennis court, or grab the beach chair and umbrella provided for you, and sun by the Naples pier, also only 10 minutes away.

The large kitchen is remodeled with upgraded cabinets, appliances, including the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and granite countertops. All the essentials needed are included in the kitchen- coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The kitchen includes a small table for 4 and a breakfast bar. You may also dine in the great room with sitting for 6.

The comfortable couch, love seat and recliner is great spot to read or watch television on the flat screen TV with cable subscription included. Wireless internet is also included should you choose to bring a computer with you.

The master suite offers a Queen Size bed with a 32” Flat Screen TV. Ample storage space is provided in the large dressers and walk-in closet. Relax in bed with the view out onto the lake cove. Private bathroom with granite vanity/sink, walk in closet, toilet and combination tub/shower.

Separated from the master suite area, the guest bedroom provides a Queen bed, large closet and large dresser. The guest bathroom with combination tub/shower is adjacent to the bedroom via a short hallway. Also, a nearby laundry room that includes the washer and dryer is included with additional storage area. The linen closet in the hallway allows for space for additional linens. Linens and bath towels, as well as beach towels are provided.

You will have a reserved parking spot with additional guest parking available in the same lot.

The downstairs neighbors are hostile towards seaso

The downstairs neighbors are hstile towards seasonal renters. The lady is quite outspoken about that. Her son is always going to the parking lot and meeting with people inside their cars. The pool needs cleaned above the water line, and there is so much junk in the lavs , one can hardly use them. I would not go back.

Owner's Response: I would like to clarify the comments made in this review. I have listed remarks below for each statement listed in this review. Regarding the downstairs neighbor: My tenant had 1 minor altercation with the downstairs owner. It lasted perhaps 10 minutes. Words were exchanged in this conversation that made the tenant determine this comment of ”hostile towards seasonal renters”. The owner downstairs is not a hostile person. She needed help with her car and my tenants did not want to help. The situation was resolved and no other issues arose during their two month stay. Regarding the downstairs owner’s son going to his car: This owner’s son goes to his car to have a cigarette. He is not allowed to smoke in the condo. If his friends are visiting, they go with him. My tenant was told this repeatedly but chose not to believe it. Regarding cleaning of the pool: Furse Lake Circles Club does an excellent job of maintaining the property grounds including the pool. The pool is cleaned regularly. I have never seen any debris in the pool or the surrounding area. The grounds are swept and dusted weekly along with mowing the lawn. Regarding the junk in the lavs: This is in reference to the public lavatory at the pool area. The club house is a screened patio area. To keep the supplies for the club house dry, the boxes are stored in the public rest area. It is not junk being stored. It is the toilet paper, paper towels and other supplies used by members in the club house. It is kept neat and orderly. Overall, Furse Lake Circles is a quiet, friendly association. The residents there welcome the seasonal people and encourage them to join in activities on the property. My tenant did join in many of these activities during there stay.
