We Fell In Love With This Property Due To Its Location. In Real Estate We Belive In Location, Location, Location. The Unit Is Located In The Ground Floor Level Of Zephyr Mountain Lodge With An Open Space In Front Of The Patio. We Have A Lot Of Space To Stretch Out And Are Not Constricted By A Small Deck Space. The Unit Is Steps Away To The Ski Lifts (a True Ski-in Ski-out Condo), Hot Tub, Restaurants, Fitness Center, And Parking! Very Convienient Location In All Respects. We Are A Family With Young Children Who Can Walk To The Lift, Run Home For Lunch Or A Nap, Head Out For A Few Last Runs. There's No Taking The Bus, No Driving, Or Parking, Just Walking...and That's Valuable. There Is Also Easy Proximity To Town And Little Traffic, Compared To Some Of The Major Resorts On I-70. Residents Really Value Being A Short Distance To Dining, The Summer Concerts, And A Movie A The New Theater.

Property was very nice and very well equipped. Location to shopping and dining vey convenient.

It was our first time in Winter Park and we had a wonderful vacation. Greg was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. Property was advertised as ski in ski out which it was not. There was longer than a short walk to the lift and the only way to ski up close to the condo entrance was a blue/black run or a black diamond run. If you’re not comfortable skiing those runs then it was an uphill walk back to the condo. Unfortunately the run was closed for racing most of the week we were there. I would recommend this property to a friend but with the above mentioned caveat.

Cozy space and great access.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. It was perfect for what we needed, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I really appreciated the fact that there were the basic essentials ie: coffee filters, salt and pepper, tea, sugar, spices, etc. the things you don't want to buy when you're away. I was worried about being so close to the hot tub with people being in there late, but it wasn't an issue at all. The access to the slopes and the parking garage make it very easy for unloading and loading. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Hubby and I had a nice stay in this one-bedroom. Had a restful sleep both nights. Good location for those who love to ski in winter and/or bicycle in the summer. Free bus service with a convenient stop just outside the Lodge takes you through the main streets of Winter Park.
