This 2 bdrm, 2 full bath home has a completely remodeled kitchen and awesome outdoor lounge! It's filled with decor from every corner of the globe and walking distance of City Park, shops, bars, restaurants, yoga, coffee, ice cream, market and more.
Each floor has it's own bedroom (California King downstairs, queen upstairs), full bath and living area with tv. Perfect for roommates, 2 couples of professionals who want their own space. Free internet included. Gorgeous backyard with huge lounge seating, gas grill, and dining table for outdoor Colorado living. We just remodeled our kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas range and huge counters for dining or entertaining.
Our house is your house, we run an international cancer foundation and travel for a great deal of the year. We just remodeled the kitchen and added a new master bath with a massive dual headed shower with a rain head feature. The house is a duplex and our neighbors are beyond the best. If you need anything, just ask. We have one more bedroom upstairs that we store our personal belongings in which is not available. Washer/dryer in basement.
Park Hill is Denver's tree lined gem. Walking distance to:

Shopping, Bars and Restaurants: Marzyck's, The Elm, The Cork House, The Abbey, Nuggs Ice Cream, The Chop Shop (coming soon), Solera, Mataam Fez, The Amsterdam Coffee Shop, Hot Chick A Latte, Art Gallery and plenty of 'Green Shops' all within 3 blocks. Trader Joes, Safeway, Sprouts, King Soopers and tons of bars and restaurants within 1 mile.
Outdoor and Sports: Mile High Bikram Yoga and Om Community Yoga studios and Urban Survival Fitness within one block.
Easy access to Downtown, I-70, Airport, St Joseph Hospital, Rose Medical, Presbyterien St Lukes, Anschutz Medical Campus.
Free parking is available on our street, usually 2 spots in front of the house. Watch signs for street cleaning days. Uber is the best way around Denver these days! Bus stop to the city is on our corner.
Other Things to Note
We own a dog, although he will not be present. We welcome you to enjoy our home that is prefect for entertaining but please no large crowds. Park Hill is a family community.
My husband Jeremy and I run an international cancer foundation and travel globally a great deal. We adore our Park Hill home and rarely leave the neighborhood when we are around! We have bars, yoga, markets, coffee and ice cream on our corner. We are headed to Tanzania this summer for work and look forward to welcoming you into our home!

We liked the quiet neighborhood and great back yard. Very flexible and thoughtful owner.
This is a beautifully furnished home in a quiet neighborhood (dogs on both sides, but they seem to be nearly always indoors). Walking distance to a small grocery store and several restaurants. We liked it so well that we wanted to make it our "home away from home," for future trips, but it was booked up. :( And the owners--very helpful, very flexible. They really went out of their way to provide all the things a renter might need.
Our stay was exactly what we were looking for; access to Denver and the surrounding areas from the comforts of a home. The bungalow sits in a great neighborhood with dining, shopping and parks close by. Downtown was consistently a 15 minute drive away, even with holiday traffic. Museums and parks were a 20 minute walk. The house is eclectic and comfortable, with all of the immenities of home, the backyard and basement suite were high points of the house for our needs. We look forward to the future possibility of another stay.
This home could not have been more inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed the week in Denver and hated to leave!
We recently stayed at this home for a week and it was wonderful! Its location was perfect and the owners were available anytime we had a question. This is an excellent property with great owners and neighbors. If you are looking for a great place near Denver, this is a can't miss!
I waited to write this review in an effort to not be totally negative. The house is charming, location is wonderful. However, the cooling system is inadequate, in my opinion. There was a small window unit in the main large living area, and a swamp cooler in the upstairs bedroom and in the basement. The units were low on water and quit cooling. I had never even seen one of those and had no idea what to do. Looked for instruction book, finally looked on internet but nothing said how much water to add and I didn't want to fill it to the top. Units kept beeping all night when out of water and needed refilling. Reminded us of post-Katrina when we had a tiny window unit and a small generator that ran out of gas at 2 AM each night. Owners responded in AM and brought a larger main unit that helped a lot. Offered a refund for unused nights but we decided to stay. We had to fill the swamp coolers with 8 pitchers of water twice a day. I learned that I need to call and ask specific questions about AC system on VRBO. Also, 2nd bedroom is in the basement and has a funny smell. Maybe because Denver had such heavy rains this year. Only 3 stars because of inadequate cooling. No less than 3 stars because the owners tried to fix the problem. Probably would be better in cooler weather, but mid-August with almost no AC was hard on us. Washer/Dryer and supplies were fantastic. Quiet neighborhood.
