A full bath in the hall, a queen bedroom and a full bedroom completes the upstairs. A 4th bedroom on the main floor bedroom doubles as an office/guest room with a desk and trundle. Large living room can be used as playroom or as a second office with the desk set into the bay window alcove. Ample dining room seats up to 8. The family has cathedral ceilings, plenty of seating and 55' TV with full cable channels.. An expanse of windows, patio door and garden window over look the huge backyard. Top of the line (and quiet) kitchen appliances include double ovens and an ice/water maker. Separate laundry room right off the 2 car garage. The driveway is level and can accommodate 2 cars plus the double car garage. Located on the Issaquah Plateau--a mere 8 minute drive from Bellevue. Easy access to Interstate 90 and you are in downtown Seattle within 25 minutes.

Wonderful home - Wonderful landlord
We rented this house as a "transition" residence between selling our own home and buying another home. This house worked very well for us. Lisa keeps the house in great shape, and she was very accommodating for issues, upkeep, check-in/check-out, and other matters. The neighborhood is great for walking, and the home is close to amenities such as restaurants and shopping. The rental rate is reasonable as well. Overall, a great rental experience for us. Note -- we actually rented the house in June 2014, but just got around to writing the review now and the VRBO "Date of Arrival" would not go back far enough to allow us to enter the actual rental date.
Issaquah is referred to as the ' Little Alps' -Set against the Cascade Mountains on the plateau with tons of trails, several lakes, playgrounds, safe sidewalks and parks. All minutes from the Issaquah Highlands or downtown Issaquah. Swedish hospital, theatre, top rated schools, this upscale community of 30,000 enjoys and quiet evergreen feel. Adjacent to Sammamish and just 5 minutes drive to Bellevue or Redmond and 25 minutes to downtown Seattle on I-90.

A Well-behaved pet is welcome. Only non-aggressive dogs with responsible owners. Incessant barkers, fear biters, couch clawers, piddlers and diggers must be on their best behavior to stay here :) MONTHLY GUESTS: Our rates now include up to $700 per month in utilities to be paid for by the owner. Utilities which exceed this will be billed to the guest. Guests staying over 30 nights do not pay tax. They do have a bit larger deposit of $500-- all refundable upon checkout. The cleaning fee is $250 and the pet fee is $75 to remove hair and dander. We will have central air conditioning. Owner pays electric, gas, water, sewer, wifi, cable, HOA and landscaping. Lawn mowing & watering will be negotiated-usually if the guest stays longer than 1 month they do the lawn mowing and watering if needed and our landscaper comes once a month.
