BOOK DIRECT...... PAY BY CHECK AND SAVE WEB FEES

Located on a pristine shoal on the White River. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in a secluded gated community is a paradise for fly fishers or just someone wanting to get away from it all.

Fly fishers will find that this is 'THE' place to fish. No need to pack up your gear everyday and travel around the area in search of healthy trout. Set your rod up once, hang it on the rod holders on the deck along with your waders and you are ready to fish whenever you desire.

Non-fishers can sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the river, swim in the frigid crystal clear river or just lay on the gravel river bank 'Ozark Beach' and read a book while the little ones search for the perfect skipping rock or hunt crawdads.

In the evening make a campfire and toast marshmellows, challenge your family and friends to one of the many games provided or simply light a fire and watch a DVD or satellite TV. Enjoy streamside hammock (please bring in at night)

Whatever you decide to do, we guarantee you'll have a wonderful time.

This cabin was built as our weekend home and that is exactly the feeling you will get when you are here. All the comforts of home are provided. Recent interior major rehab of cabin has been completed. Bring your favorite K-Cup coffee!

THE PANTRY... use what you might need, replace it if you can, otherwise leave any non-perishable goods you might have for the next family.

About Roger Maler

This cabin was built as a weekend home for us when we lived in Memphis, Tennessee. Each weekend for 10 years we would make the 4 hour drive to Mountain Home, Arkansas to truly relax and enjoy fishing with our friends and family.

When we moved to Florida in 2007, our 4 hour drive became a 16 hour drive and we are not able to visit the cabin as frequently as we used to so decided to share it with people who would appreciate it as much as we do.

Because the cabin was built as a second home and not a rental, you will find all the comforts of home including laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, paper products, shampoos, soaps, hair dryers, board games, dvd movies, cooking utensils . . . . .

All you need to bring is your food, beverage of choice and your fishing equipment. Oh, and don't forget your camera to capture the wonderful memories you will make. - Enjoy.

Great river cabin!

  • 5 of 5

Took my wife and three girls to fish and stay in this cabin. Cabin was well equipped and very comfortable. It was very quiet and only saw people when they would be on boats in the river. Very peaceful. Fishing is great right near the cabin. Thank you for a great trip!

Great place for the fly fisher

  • 5 of 5

Great setup for the fisherman and the family. Great shoal within walking distance and the house is far enough away from the bustle of the city, but still close enough to restaurants and the lakes. The house has all the amenities you would want and there is great wade fishing walkable and short drivable distances

PEACEFUL

  • 5 of 5

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY ALONG THE WHITE RIVER. FISHING WAS GREAT. HOME WAS WARM AND COMFY WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. GATED AND ONLY 3 NEIGHBORS BEYOND THE GATE WHICH WAS VERY QUIET AND NICE (THEY WERE'NT THERE WHEN WE WERE EXCEPT FOR THE LAST NIGHT). IF YOU LOVE FISHING YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME. OWNER WAS JOHNNY ON THE SPOT WITH ANY REQUESTS. EXACTLY AS VIEWED. IT IS A LITTLE WAY TO TOWN BUT ONCE YOU'VE TRAVELED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES IT REALLY ISN'T. WILL BE BACK FOR SURE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE GROCERY STORE BEFORE YOU GET THERE AND MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF THERE IS GAS IN THE PROPANE TANKS.

Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

My family, and another couple stayed at the house for a 3 day vacation, and loved it! The house was right on the river and fulfilled our every need. We had a fire every night to sit around and chat. During the day, the trout were calling and catching enough for 2 meals was as easy as walking down to the shoal at the base of the house. What's a great fisherman's getaway, and the ladies just lounged around drinking daiquiris.
