About Marina Koulomzin
NYC couple who have been coming to this area for 40+ years
Marina Koulomzin purchased this House in 1999
Why Marina Koulomzin chose Bridgehampton
We loved the privacy and the unique light on this hill just north of Bridgehampton, known as "Horse Country". We wanted to be close to Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor Villages. We love seeing horses and farmstands around, as well as cornfields and Channing Vinyards...
What makes this House unique
This is a serene and private location which is close to everything you might need. Our garden is completely organic, including the lawn. Close to both Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Our kitchen is set up for serious cooking! Front stairs lead to two large masters, side stairs lead to two large guestrooms. And a brand new LARGE ground floor master has largest bath and dressing room. Open plan living dining kitchen and small office area give plenty of room for lots of activities. Summer is bustling in the town, with lots of great shops and restos. Fall and spring are the times for walks on the beach or in the woods, visiting wineries and reading by the fire! Lovely time of year, some say better than summer! Summer is fabulous, needless to say...
