We rented a condo on the Jersey Shore. My husband has some disabilities which make walking difficult. We asked about the bedrooms/bathroom on the second floor and were told there was an elevator, which there was not. There was a spiral staircase to get to the bathroom/bedrooms making it very difficult for him. The unit was clean and pleasant. We neglected to get a phone number to contact the owner and none was provided in the information. The one key that we were given started to bend because the door was difficult to unlock and we had to leave the door unlocked when we left, for fear of breaking the key. The owner did leave us badges for the beach, which we appreciated. The couple in the next condo were the best part of the rental. They were wonderful and I think we've made long time friends. It was nice to connect with someone who knew the area.
