This is a 2 story classic Chalet style home with 2000 sq. feet of living space. It has knotty pine ceilings and has been updated. Downstairs is bedroom 1 with 2 twin beds and bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Upstairs is another living area and the master suite with a cal king bed, walk in closet, private balcony, gas fireplace, and a big bathroom. There is 2 additional twin beds and a pull out couch upstairs for additional guest. Relax after a day of hiking or skiing next to the wood burning stove or inside the hot tub located on the upstairs deck looking over pine trees and mountains. This home has a large laundry room and a 2 car garage. The garage is equipped with a dart board and ping pong table for entertainment. The back yard has a deck and play structure for the kids. The driveway is large with parking up to 4 vehicles. There are 2 living spaces. One up stairs with a loft and one downstairs. There is a nice covered porch area to sit and relax. This home is centrally located to everything Tahoe has to offer. There are trails you can hike going into the national forest. Sierra at Tahoe is only 10 minutes away and Heavenly is 15 minutes away. If you like the night life of the casinos but love the quite when you return home then this is the home for you.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine and loss of damage deposit – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. In addition there is NO hot tub use from 10 PM to 8AM. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed.
