This is a one bedroom condo and is available on a weekly basis: it sleeps two in the bedroom, two more in the bunkbeds (children and small people only), and two more on the sleeper sofa (also a queen). Pets are not allowed. Bring your own linens and towels and bathing suit. Wifi is available along with satellite cable for TV. We recommend our place for romantic getaways and for family oriented folks who want to focus on the relaxing ocean views and beachcombing. Fishing is also a great past time.
I am retired from NC State Government and have worked in real estate since 2000. My wife currently works for an attorney as a paralegal and office manager.
Ed Minnich purchased this condo in 2004
I first visited this property as a potential listing but I fell in love with the view and we purchased, then renovated it. Sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins is one of my favorite past times.
This property is off the beaten path, even from the rest of the quaint Topsail Island activities but it is a quick drive over to the mainland where a lot of activities can be enjoyed.
My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in this affordable and clean condo. We spent a week walking along the beach looking for shells, swimming, and kayaking right from our unit! We loved sitting on the deck where the view was never boring! N. Topsail beach is a great place to get away from it all, but close enough for action and adventure! The owner was great to work with as well.
The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. The owner was always available to answer any questions/concerns we had. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway without breaking the bank.
My husband and I stayed here in july for a week and enjoyed it very much the condo is cozy and inviting and as oceanfront as it gets the view from the balcony is awesome we really enjoyed relaxing there and just looking at the ocean we saw dolphins on several ocassions and ships on the horizon. We were lucky enough to be there when the moon was full and it was gorgeous on the water the location is great close to everything. Ed was so helpful with everything and helped with any guestions I had I would definitely recommend his place to anyone who just wants a relaxing beach vacation we certainly enjoyed our stay very much
My wife and I had a chance to stay in this nice, cozy oceanfront apartment for our fourth of July vacation. The views are awesome...we spent a lot of time on the deck and just relaxed and watched the waves. The beach here is good too...not crowded at all. A short half mile or less walk will take you to the northern point of the beach, which is nice as well. We found out that this is also a great place (especially down near the north point) to find sharks teeth very easily, which kids would think is cool. The apartment complex is far enough away that it doesn't feel as congested with people but close enough (10-15 minutes) to Food Lion and several restaurants. Ed was very helpful in that he sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and other local fare and what to avoid as well. All in all, we had a great time!!
Very quiet, family type condo. Very good beach views, plenty of parking, not too far away from anything. The beach itself has a lot of shells, but it is a short drive to Surf City or Topsail Beach. A good, comfortable place at a reasonable price.
Topsail Island is one of the last 'family' beach areas on the east coast that has kept its character as a quiet and relaxing spot to go.
